Everything was very clean, it was quiet, something that I appreciated very much. The room had everything that we needed, the huge beds were really comfortable.

I had to cancel one of the two rooms that I initially booked. But one of my family members changed their mind again so when I got to the hotel I had to get one more room. However the price was very high compared to when I initially booked through booking.com. I don’t understand the huge price difference. It’s same room. Certainly didn’t like that we were charged that much. Other than that the service was great.

I booked this property because I attended concerts at the Allstate Arena. For this purpose the hotel‘s location was perfect. The airport is also close and I took the hotel shuttle to get to and from the airport which was very convenient. My room was nice and clean. Refreshments are offered near the reception. Staff was very friendly and helped me extend my stay.

The walls are a bit thin and you might hear people walking by on the floor or guests staying in the next room.

Walking distance to the Allstate arena. There were a lot of food places and target around the hotel. The area was nice and safe

I didn't like how I was charged an extra 30 dollars for checking in a little earlier and also had to pay for breakfast but that's okay I'd still stay here again

Customer service. Requested at booking for room on top floor and early check in, received an email a week or so before arriving with confirmation of my requests. Early flight next day so can't comment on the food. Room very comfortable and clean.

Better rates would be very acceptable, otherwise all was good.

bad is clean. in the room, there is a clothes iron. every 30 mins, there is a shuttle for airport; it is free.

a receptionist is not kind to me at explaining the place of my room and the usage of wi-fi. and i don’t know what facilities or services they have.

The convenience of having multiple stores near the hotel. The hotel was clean and secure.

The adjoining rooms with very thin doors. The carpet was old and had a strong mildew order.

My flight had been cancelled i booked a room quickly on the booking app. When i arrived it was so far ahead of the check in time. But htey found me a room at noon which I was grateful for so I could work, shower and relax till my flight early next morning. Accomodation was good.

Location-shuttle back n forth to ATO for my delayed luggage. The only issue was my key card kept malfunctioning every time I left room! Longhorn Steak House was in great location for a great meal.

Everything else! The property was close to our desired location, rooms were clean, staff was great, quiet room, great food on site, right next to many dinning options and a target. There’s little else you could ask for!

I guess this change happened since our last stay but parking a vehicle on the premise during our 4 night stay is no longer free :/

it was clean, it was cheaper than the convention hotel I was working at in the weekend. it was quiet. the fridge worked really great! most of the time fridges are hardly cold enough. great restaurant right next to the hotel! amazing food.

The beds are a bit stiff. first night was ok but after the second night I couldn't get comfortable. The bed was too flat. The door of the hotel was messed up. every time to open our door we had to push it open with a lot of strength.
