My wife and I brought our children with us for a quick little get away and we loved how easy this location was to get to off of the interstate! We also enjoyed the quick check in process and how cozy, comfortable, and clean our room was! The king suite with the pullout couch we had was more than sufficient for 2 adults and 4 young children! The staff were also super sweet and helpful! Overall, we thoroughly our stay with you all! Thank you!

The hotel had all one could need, it was more like a studio apartment in a complex with reception. Everyone was friendly and I always felt safe.

The carpet in the room wasn't the cleanest I've found in a hotel and without a car is a bit difficult going around since public transport is not the most reliable in the area.

Location was great for what we came here for, it was awesome too get food anytime of the day,good Location near coffee shops, centrally located near an expressway and it was good too not hear the airplanes landing or leaving at all hours of the day finally the staff did a excellent job taking care of check in and out.

I feel the floors could use a dusting and mopping maybe wiping down the couches and chairs..

bathroom fan was on when the light was on but was so loud it would over power conversations and even the TV.

The facility was very clean and well lit. It was well cared for and had a very nice offering for breakfast, small and simple but sufficient. My room had plenty of space and had adequate supply. The front desk staff was also very courteous and helpful.

The WiFi was not very good. The basic free version was nearly non functional, so I paid the extra $6 for a day of expanded WiFi use, but it was also not so great. I would also suggest switching to little bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion instead of bar soaps too.

I was able to make a reservation to arrive from airport at 1:45 am The night front desk attendant was very helpful in the morning as he was able to arrange a taxi to go back to the airport that took the United vouchers.

Only one plastic glass in bathroom and nothing in kitchen. Later learned some dishes available in office. Could not get on internet.

Close to the airport, good location and you have a lot of possibilities for shopping and eating close to the hotel

no one at the front desk after midnight and key cards didn’t work so I was stuck in the doorway waiting for staff to come and let me in the building. then couldn’t get in hotel room and had to wait for staff to come up and let me in my room .

I liked the location. restaurants and stores were within walking distance. I loved the room! it had a couch and chair and a stove and oven and microwave and full size fridge. I walked to target, got some food and made myself dinner. it was great!

I didn’t love the bed. it was super comfy or very soft

Halls smelt a bit musty but not the rooms
