Loved the breakfast, it was well served and always warm no matter when you came in during the breakfast hours. Also, the coffee bar was delicious. The staff are always caring and make sure you have everything you needed, always greet you as well. Lovely cleaning staff for their hard work and very polite. Walking distance from some restaurants and a target. Also may take the bus to places if needed. Honestly would love to stay here again if I get the chance.

It was a smaller hotel compared to others which I didn't mind. The elevator was broken so did had to take the stairs with our luggage which was not too terrible as there was not much flight of stairs.

I had to leave before breakfast. I was very please with everything except the van pick up procedure. It was so chaotic at the pick up site. I missed the first shuttle. In all I waited an hour and half in the cold rain.

The van should get out and call the names of the people he’s pick up. What happened when I asked the van driver if he was the one I wanted he said yea he hotel is booked there are no more rooms.

Loved my stay! The room was excellent: clean, well lit, and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very hot. Breakfast was great - hot bar, make your own waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, you name it!

There was no shuttle service to the hotel and when I called the hotel to inquire from the number listed on booking.com multiple times, no one picked up. Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive before booking an uber to hotel. When I arrived there was a shuttle parked out front of the hotel, but the driver was inside doing other chores. So maybe they only send it when they know they have guests?

The truth is, everything was fine. In fact, I can't complain about almost anything. Just the refrigerator and the phone that didn't work, the room cleaning staff were very friendly.

The phone in the room didn't even work, the refrigerator, and also the elevator... I would love for them to help the person who works making breakfast. I am a cook and I know how stressed a person is when people can reach you. press ., she with a very good quality of care.

When I checked in Bhavna was amazing. She was personable, friendly, funny, and my my check in experience easy and relaxing after a 20 hour flight. I was traveling by myself and am a young woman so sometimes checking into hotels in the evening especially in big city’s like Chicago can be intimidating but the moment I walked in her presence made me feel very comfortable and safe. I find myself staying in Chicago overnight a lot for travel and this was by far my best experience and will be staying at this location in the future. Thanks Bhavna!!!

Check in was easy and we were accommodated in my request to have the 2 rooms close together. I thought the hot breakfast offered (along with cold options too) was good. The shuttle service was great - easy to use and got us to the airport with very little wait. Location is perfect - close to the airport which is what we needed, and the rooms were reasonably priced. And... I REALLY appreciated that the rooms were very clean and appear to have been remodeled/updated. The photos of the rooms on the website are accurately depicted.

Only thing that was slightly annoying was that when the light in the bathroom was on, the fan (which was a little loud) also had to be on. But that definitely wasn't that bad.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good actually!

The shuttle from the airport to hotel is very slow. I called and the front desk said the shuttle driver already was driving to the airport for pickup, but it didn't come for over 20mins. And then because I was tired of waiting in the cold and didn't notice, I got on the wrong shuttle to the Best Western at North Elk Grove. Fortunately, the driver to the North Elk Grove was very nice and took me back to the one at Rosemont.

The airport shuttle service was my main reason for staying here. And it did not disappoint. Not only were the shuttles available on call but the drivers were very personable. Re the hotel location, I was able to grab a bowl of soup at a nearby Panera, and a glass of wine across the street. The room was clean and quiet.

There was a bit of a wait at the collection point at the airport.

I loved the airport shuttle and the complimentary breakfast, they made the experience easier and heavily factored in to the affordability and planning of how to navigate the Chicago area. It also reduced stress as we knew there were certain amenities we could rely on.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable and I could not point to anything that was unsatisfactory about the visit.

The location was superb. I rented a car in Evanston and the 250 bus went straight from there to the hotel. The hotel was quiet, which I needed (before and after) a long flight. Breakfast was good!

For me, extending the breakfast times would have been nice (I was up before 6, for sure, when I arrived from abroad) or having some danish or other snack that could be taken out of breakfast time. Currently, only coffee is available. I was able to locate the shuttle, but had to call. That ended up being fine, but a note on the reservation that this is the system (some hotels have a continuously circulating service) would have been good.
