I had a double Queen room. It was spacious and the bed and pillows were excellent. The hotel is very close to the airport, and they have a shuttle.

I almost missed my flight because the front desk girl told me to have a seat on the lobby for the shuttle, but I saw the shuttle outside. So I thought they would announce when the shuttle was ready to load. They did not. When I asked her about it she told me it had left. She did call the shuttle driver and told him what happened and said he would be back in 10 min. It was a half hr. The Shuttle driver felt very badly and turned around to get me to the airport. I arrived 30 min before boarding. Thank god I had pre ck. I arrived at the gate 10 min before boarding. The front desk girl was more interested in chatting with a young man than making sure people knew the shuttle was ready to load.

My favorite part was the shuttle driver, Kareem. On my first stay He offered to pick me up an hour before the shuttle started running to get me to the airport. He was very friendly. Most impressive was that he remembered me on my return 3 weeks later. I noticed that even if there were ten people in the shuttle, he knew which luggage belonged to whom. He was also extremely friendly and helpful. He let everyone know where to go once they got to their terminal. I would stay at this hotel again just because of his kindness and personality.

It was very upsetting during my return trip. I had sent a note through an email response that I would be coming in after 10:00 p.m. I finally landed in the US and got data at 1:30 in the morning. I called the hotel to mention I was still coming and instantly she said that she had just sold all the rooms and I shouldn't bother to come. Imagine how I felt waiting for my luggage thinking I had no place to stay in the middle of the night. She found my account and indeed I did have a room. I was very grateful for that. I do wish that there was shuttle service for longer hours or even 24/7.

First of all, there is no beating the price. But I was shocked to find one of the loveliest beds I’ve ever slept in. The place was modern and clean and friendly as can be. The breakfast was ok. They were out of some things only 20 min after starting but they had other things if you don’t mind processed foods. Out of hard boiled eggs and protein snacks. The shuttle service was excellent and the driver very helpful and friendly. Close to airport and chain stores/restaurants. Easy food delivery from many places. I enjoyed deep dish pizza from Jet Pizza. Delish and delivered to my door.

I could hear people walking above me and almost called to move rooms. Once they slept all was quiet. No bathtub. While there were restaurants and a target across the street it still felt a little bit like no man’s land but it’s possible to walk to things. Wasn’t ideal for me as a solo female at night. Would have been nice to if they served wine or beer. But they sold lots of snacks. Also would be nice if the outside tables had space for those not smoking. But good news for the smokers.

New hotel. Clean and fresh! Big rooms and big and comfy beds! Loved it! Very effective aircondition. Breakfast was exellent a lot to choose in. Loved it! the coffee was good. The receptionist was not so smiling, but the other staff was. The fitness room was also very nice, small but smart equipped Good value for the money- and close to the airport :)

The receptionists could smile more I don't have anything else to say

Excellent location and incredible cleanliness, with a rather modern, stylish ambience. Be careful not to believe them as far as transportation to the airport, which only starts from 7:00 am and ends at 21:00 p

Very clean hotel, check in very quick. Breakfast is an added plus, including a couple of hot items and healthy items you could grab and go. We had a 6 hour drive home, so that was very much appreciated

It is not very clear that you need to put a room key in a slot in order to use the electricity in your room. We almost called the front desk to ask why we couldn't use our TV. Garbage by elevator needs to be changed out more frequently. Getting out of our elevator to get to our room all night was not pleasant all until we checked out.

We stayed here for 1 night after arriving at the airport late evening. I initially plan to stay at Hilton hotel at the O'hare airport because there's no shuttle service available for most hotels past 9pm. But I refused to pay 372$ for 1 night at Hilton, it's just too much for my budget lol. So I saw avid hotel with a lot of good reviews particularly with clealiness, plus almost 3x cheaper w/ breakfast included so it's a win!! Even though I never try uber ride in Chicago but with this great deal I just can't miss it! So I used uber ride service the 1st time which I find very convenient, quick and easy. When we arrived at the place, it does not disappoint, very clean, love the color and has comfortable bed. The breakfast is great also. We'll definitely book there again :)

The hotel was perfect for a quick overnight stay near the airport. It’s very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

I specifically wanted a hotel with shuttle service and didn’t realize it was only a limited service because it was not mentioned where I booked my stay. So after a long flight I was a bit frustrated that I had to find my own way their. Also, the location was very close to places to eat but it was across a very big and busy road with no crosswalks. It was a bit intimidating coming from out of the country and I felt like the front desk wasn’t understanding or helpful on either situation.

We attended a concert and the location is great being walking distance from Allstate Arena and a shopping center. If we needed anything extra (towels, toiletries, etc.) the staff was very prompt, helpful, and friendly. We ended up having the complimentary breakfast throughout our stay and they have a nice variety of options each day. Would definitely stay again if attending any events in the area.

The hotel appears to be fairly new and thus the flooring, bathroom, beds were all in excellent condition

I was told that room service would come by and clean out the garbage, replenish the towels and make the bed, none of this happened. By then it was evening and I wasn’t expecting room service but wanted the hotel to be aware. When I told the front desk receptionist he simply said that house keeping was someone else's concern and that there was nothing he could do for me and came across like he didn’t give a flying f##k.
