The rooms are modern and comfortable. The fitness center is small with just three machines and no weights or stretching area, but I appreciated having somewhere to run on a treadmill. The free shuttle service from the airport and back to get the metro into downtown was helpful. Excellent reception from the staff.

The breakfast wasn’t great from a health conscious perspective (all bread, waffles, and other sweets) and it ended on the early side at 9am. The location for arriving to the city is too far, but convenient for the airport.

I have a hard time with hotels because the beds are usually uncomfortable. I found the beds at this hotel very comfortable. I slept very well.

The shower was bad. Not nearly enough water pressure. I love a nice hot shower, but without good water pressure, it was not very enjoyable.

The staff was quite friendly especially the women on the front desk. Breakfast was really nice, the waffles were lovely! It would’ve been nice to have some little packets of Nutella with it though. The room was really comfortable, there was a mini fridge and microwave as well as a coffee machine. The airport shuttle was handy to have.

The location was a lot further from the airport than I thought when booking so I was totally reliant on the shuttle. As an international visitor, calling for the shuttle was a bit of an extra expense. It would’ve been a good option to be able to request the shuttle through the messaging service on this app instead.

Transfer from the airport included. There were some restaurants,cafes close to the hotel. Very comfortable cosy rooms nicely designed. Comfortable beds. Fridge, coffee machine were very helpful.

It was hard to reach out the hotel upon arrival at the airport to ask for shuttle, the staff is not very prompt at replying at the requests (it's better to contact them in advance regarding the shuttle service). Not a large choice for breakfast but it was ok: some bread, donuts, several kinds of youghurts (unfortunatelly only sweet ones), waffles, butter, cheese.

I specifically choose this hotel because it was cheaper, and got a higher rating then other more expensive hotels around that area with a major hotel chains (with some of which I have top loyalty status). Everything in my stay here was great. The things I liked: when I arrived at the airport and called the hotel, the check in person immediately picked up the phone, sent the shuttle to pick me up, told me how long it would take for the shuttle to get there. The driver both to the hotel and next day to the airport were great, respectful and careful drivers. Check in and out was fast, they thanked me for choosing their hotel. Basically I felt a valued guest there. I see now why they get high ratings - because of the excellent customer service. I feel that I got more value for my money than I expected, and will return to this hotel whenever I need to stay overnight in the airport area.

The staff at this location were beyond awesome and willing to help me with all the questions that I had, namely about finding a ride to Union Station back to Memphis. Everyone that I interacted with was professional, and I appreciate all of their help. I need to point out that the Front Desk Clerk Melissa did a fantastic job and was very enjoyable to talk to. She even agreed to distribute some of my business cards there, which I do appreciate. A lovely woman with a lovely personality.

The Wifi signal was intermittent, meaning it would suddenly cut off after a given period of time, and then come back on, which isn't good when you have a video call over the Wifi signal.

The hotel is very convenient for an overnight stay near the airport. The shuttle driver took us directly to the rental car location in the morning, so we didn't have to go back to the airport and catch the rental car shuttle.

The instructions for the shuttle pickup when arriving at the airport are incomplete. They take you to the right area, but you must be at door 3 to get the shuttle. The omission of that detail caused us additional delay at the airport.

We arrived in Chicago very late, but we were kindly welcomed at the hotel no matter what time it was. Although it is far from the city, it is a very comfortable place and it has transportation that takes you to different places for free, which is very useful because transportation in the USA is expensive. I definitely recommend staying there.

The internet is slow at times and the TV sometimes freezes, although it is not a problem that affects the experience in the hotel.

The front desk Staff are very nice and helpful especially Melissa and Mr. Eddie. They are very helpful. I really appreciate their help. After check out, Mr. Eddie allowed me to put my suitcases in the dining room for the whole afternoon. I really appreciate that. Also, Mr. Bond, the airport shuttle bus driver is so nice. He helped me to carry my heavy suitcases. I would like to thank all of them. I have stayed here three times. This time, my room was quiet. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was very simple. I wish they could offer bread for us. I like the hot water was always available in the dining room.

Due to my fault I had no internet connection to contact them for the airport shuttle, but was able to connect via FaceBook with them, which was a major plus! After reading the reviews I was slightly worried about smell, but it wasn't as strong as others had stated. Room was massive for the price. Stayed in room 109.

Driver of the shuttle scared the pants off me as he wore no seatbelt, used his phone a few times etc. The bathroom did smell, but only when the door was open (it was a foosty smell?). Ran the extractor fan on, which I didn't hear, and that helped with the smell somewhat.
