Staff is SO helpful and nice. Always making me feel welcome. The room is spacious and so clean! Plenty of outlets and various levels of lighting available. Streaming options on the TV are a wonderful option. The breakfast is top notch and the food in general is very good. Plenty of comfortable places to sit if you need computer time or waiting on a rideshare. The shuttle is fantastic as they are available very early to very late for arriving and departing patrons.

I couldn't find anything to take and put ice into, so that was one drawback. The other is that they sell small microwavable items downstairs (great for late arrivals or returns from an event!) but no microwave available to heat/cook the items. Unless it's down stairs and I'm not aware. Small things, for sure, and they will NOT deter me from staying again.

The breakfast choices were not the best. We chose to order a la carte but ended up waiting for a while for our order and when we inquired about it, the waitress said that it still was being prepared. A few minutes later, I saw the same waitress filling plates from the buffet table which she served to us. If we had known that she was going to do that, we should have just gone for the buffet and saved ourselves some money!

The breakfast which ended up to be taken from the buffet table tasted overcooked because they have been sitting in their warming trays/stove for awhile. That was why we ordered a la carte to begin with but still ended up with items from the buffet table. The dinner menu needs a major revamping. We ordered a salmon dish with a sauce that was tasteless and which tasted like it came from a bottle. Side dish of veggies - you can tell were frozen veggies warmed up in a microwave.

The room was spacious and quiet. The free shuttle service was excellent. One driver in particular was helpful in giving me information about cta route to my dedtination downtiwn.

The staff were not welcoming on arrival and unfriendly on checkout. I had specified at checkin that that I wanted to pay with cash or another credit card than the one used to hold the security deposit. I was told on checkout that they had already deduxted the charges from my card. If I did not insist, Eri would have taken the easy way out rather than reverse the chsrges.

Bar staff was excellent 👌🏿

24 hour Starbucks, friendly staff, Flight restaurant onsite, live music onsite in the evening, liked the outer room being separate from the bedroom. We caught the free airport shuttle easily in the morning-very convenient.

The ceiling was peeling/had fallen above the shower in like a 6-inch gash, which I’ve never seen at a Sheraton Suites before. Noise from the road woke me up-so bring your earplugs. Maybe request a higher floor? Music was loud and could be heard in the first tv/living room with the door closed on the second floor, where we were.

The king size bed and bedding was excellent. The restroom was very contemporary style

The furniture appeared to be pretty old. I have never seen a toilet so low to the ground. It looks like the height that belongs in a grade school. Also the toilet paper was a joke. I've seen better toilet paper in a outhouse. Come on single ply. Don't realize that your guests will end up using three more paper. Thus there is no savings on your end. I mean you have nice towels and bedding. Then go super cheap on the toilet paper. Just think about how that comes across.

We have stayed twice both times related to flights in and out of O'Hare. The location is convenient, hotel is clean and pleasant, beds comfortable.

Front desk staff was not as friendly as our first stay. I was told when I checked in that the parking would cost $5 since I was a Bonvoy member. I had not expected a charge for parking but agreed. The next morning I was charged $35 and was told by a front dest manager with a rude tone that I must have misunderstood. when I questioned again she agreed to take it down to $25. It was obvious from her tone and lack of eye contact and frown on her face that I was being a pain in her side.

Same as always. I love the lounge and breakfast area. It was clean whoever cleaned my room did a really good job. I appreciate it.

Everytime I come there are no microwaves available. I don't understand why there isn't enough for each room. They used to give complimentary coupons for a glass of champagne at the bar for NYE but the gentleman at the front desk wouldn't give me and my husband one. I've been going to the Sheraton for years but for some reason my Marriott members account will not show that I visited or any points the 1800 number is impossible. I can never get to anybody over the situation.. it's a nightmare.

The room was sooo nice and spacious. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in. So comfy I looked up what kind it was! The food was amazing. And our server was so very nice and friendly! Really made our stay perfect! Wish we stayed longer!

I wish the bar was open later with some snacky food as well. We went to a concert nearby and got back too late. We got cheesecake and a glass of wine. Both were excellent and enough. But would have liked to have time to unwind

So we missed our flight due to late luggage arrival and had to stay overnight. Booked the hotel and arrived there 20 min after booking. Checkin process was professional, straighforaward and pleasant. Room exceeded our expectations - it was spacious and extra clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Not about the room but there was no pool, however I understand it is airport hotel, so one does not stay at such hotels for jumping into pool purposes...
