Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and great location if you are going to the Allstate Arena. Harry Carey’s Italian Steakhouse is right across the road and was a convenient and great place to eat!

Breakfast! Stayed numerous times at another Holiday Inn Express and breakfast was included there also. Very limited and unappealing choices at this location. The coffee was very good. The other location had oatmeal, biscuits and sausage gravy, freshly baked pastry and choice of bacon or sausage along with scrambled eggs.

Breakfast was Ok, nothing was bad, but it was pretty simple. They did accommodate our request for extra towels without quibble, or a fee.

Airport shuttle was not running while we were there and appeared to have limited availability. For a hotel near an airport that is a big letdown. On the slightly positive side were notified there would be no shuttle by email, but ONLY AFTER WE HAD BOOKED NON REFUNDABLE ROOM! We would have booked differently if we had known that before booking.

Close to airport

I received an email stating that the property no longer provided shuttle service to/from airport. As a result I had to pay $69 for a 5 minute taxi ride. Then when we got to hotel, we were told that there was indeed a shuttle, they just couldn’t advertise it. VERY FRUSTRATING AND EXPENSIVE. For this reason I will not book Holiday Inn Express at O’Hare ever again.

Breakfast was great and plenty worker in the dining area was very nice and helpful

Upon my checking in on August 25th to 26th the receptionist seemed irritated and was not nice at all gave snappy answers and didn’t even really look at me when talking but at checkout on the 26th the receptionist was very nice I really felt welcomed

The room was quite spacious, had a micro-wave and was very clean. The breakfast was ok. The coach to airport was a comfortable facility.

The hotel is for a stay close to O'Hare Airport. It is a functional place, the pricing was higher than the facilities offered - we have stayed downtown for similar pricing a week back.

Quick and easy check-in, comfortable room, and shuttle service!

I was not notified that I should call the shuttle driver when coming from O’Hare to the hotel, so I was waiting for a bus that didn’t come. However, on my way back from the hotel I took the shuttle and it was great service!

Excellent location if you need to get to the airport because they have shuttle service every hour and you can pay for your parking until you return from your flight. Very clean room and extremely pleasant and helpful staff.

There is a lot construction in that area.

Immediately upon entering my room it smelled so fresh and was very clean. Front desk service was excellent.

Unfortunately I was on 3rd floor and there were some very noisy people tromping overhead. Apparently they had a child or children that they did not control for courtesy sake of other guests.

Good clean hotel , comfortable room (had stayed in a big brand downtown previously, and unlike that, everything just worked here, as it should). Let us check in much earlier than they needed to. 10 minute walk to Target and tons of food places.

It’s a great stay. the rooms are clean and worth the price. the pool is small but I had it all to myself. breakfast included a variety of options. the staff is super helpful and friendly.

during our stay there was a minor annoyance of the fire alarm going off and malfunctioning. it didn’t last long so that’s a plus. other than that the stay was perfect.
