Roami at Bourbon Place

4th floor, one bedroom. Excellent location, comfortable, well stocked. clean, once I figured out the codes - easy to access. Good communication. Would definitely stay again.

FYI, you will hear all the street noise. This includes trash pick-up, tow-trucks, emergency sirens, the street car, drunks from the street and everyday from 4-5 pm some idiot with a megaphone. (At least while we were there) But it was a fair trade for how close it was to everything. Would have appreciated some curtains over the blinds in the bedroom, to keep out more of the light. Also a handle in the tub or tub matt.

Big, we’ll decorated, comfy bed, sound proof (stayed in Apt 2C-no windows other than ceiling windows) and 1 block from the French Quarter!

there are drug dealers/crazies that hang out on the block. They mostly leave you alone. tons of police presence once you cross the street. don’t park your car on the street - we saw them trying to use a hanger to break in.

The bed in the bedroom was the absolute comfiest and the the tub was deep enough to take a bath nap. Even though we didn’t need everything provided, the fact that it was there if we did was a dream. The big egg patio chairs are and we’re 🤌🥰

The keypad into the building didn’t work as well as it could have. The window to access the outdoor patio had no way to be held open and while I understand the patio fence was to provide privacy and probably prevent rooftop incidents, I would’ve liked to have seen it just the same.

We enjoyed our stay: very clean; lots of seating; well stocked kitchen and laundry room; nice modern decor, high ceilings.

The window blinds didn't work properly; would've been nice to have some kind of curtains as it was incredibly bright in the rooms, especially the bedroom (a little difficult to sleep).

The location was ideal.

The bathroom was fairly dirty. Parking took awhile to figure out. The suggested lot closed earliest in the neighborhood. The wifi connection was really bad - we spent too much time trying to figure out the TV before we realized it was the connection. The system for giving information about the area/weather/etc was connected to the WIFI, so that didn't work well in terms of connecting with the team.

Thank you so much for an exceptional apartment in New Orleans. This year has been very stressful as a frontline healthcare worker and I really needed a relaxing place to stay and this apartment was perfect for my interests. I used to cook for a living as a Chef, so I was so happy with your amazing kitchen. I cooked several yummy epicurean dishes (if you want any photos, let me know.) The bed was so comfortable that I didn't have problems sleeping in and the outside balcony was a perfect way to get some fresh air in private.

I had some difficulties in trying to access the building. I would eventually get into the building but it was a little frustrating having to put in the same code a dozen +/- times to enter. However once I was in, then accessing the room was easy. I am unfamiliar with smart TVs so I didn't watch anything. I think making that a little more clear in the description would have been helpful. But it forced me to do more art and having more time for reflection. Next time hopefully I will have an account to use it.

The room was well-appointed, extremely updated, very comfortable, and very clean. It was exactly what we needed!

There was nothing about the room we didn't like. It would have been nice to have dryer sheets available. Security on-site would have been reassuring.

Beautiful apartment

Couch was very hard, could feel the wood thru the cushions. We fought with the front door (down stairs) constantly, we had to put the code in over and over and over. We were stuck outside several times because the door wouldn’t unlock. It was 100 degrees outside and we had a 1 month old baby with us so being stuck outside several times really sucked!!

The interior has nice features like the dining room sunroof and laundry. Great setup and interior design.

All the strict house rules and noise decibel detector made us feel very uncomfortable, like we were being watched and like we had to keep our voices to a whisper. Receiving a text from Bourban Place Sextant for rating our experience so far on the first day a smiley face instead of a huge smiley face was borderline creepy. All of this made us feel like we were walking on eggshells the whole time we were there, which is unfortunate, because the actual 'hotel' itself exceeded our expectations.

Good morning! I would definitely rate this place a 10/10! I had a great experience and felt very at home. It was my first time in New Orleans and loved the short walk to Bourbon Street where I had a greet first impression of New Orleans night life. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and will be back for another great experience!
