We liked the location and our room was nice and very clean. The balcony was a nice place to sit and read. Dustin, our host, was exceptional and was quick to respond with any questions.

The down side was the room was smaller than expected and it did not have a table and chairs so it was difficult to bring a carry out to the room. Also, the only place to sit and watch TV was on the bed.

The location is excellent. And my room was extremely clean. The room also had a nice balcony, and there was a sea view in the distance.

There was a lot of noise in the street area very early in the morning. It sounded like the engine of a truck, banging sounds and loud talking around 6:30 to 7 am.

Motel does not serve breakfast but many places available within a short car ride, restaurants,grocery store. Coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator in room. Owner met us at our car and went out of his way to help w our luggage and cooler as we were on the second floor.

The location was as good as it gets. Good view of the water and beach just steps away. Nice little seaside village with a few places to eat and lots of opportuinity to walk or bike. The owner/manager was very nice and had lots of good things to review about property and nearby sites. Room comfortable with good furnishings. Easy place to park was nice.

Negative was the cost for the room, understanding the location was a premium but cost was still high in my opinion. The bathroom was small and should have a curtain on the window especially with a house overlooking it. The chairs for sitting outside were not as nice as some at other rooms on property. Consistency would be better.

Absolutely love it here! It is such a charming place to stay. The rooms are clean and have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The views are beautiful and the beach is just across the street. I will absolutely stay here again. The owner and staff are incredibly nice!

The location was near the beach, the marsh and other attractions. I love that it was only a short walk across the road to see the sunrise and that you could hear the water crashing on the beach at night and feel the cool breeze blowing in the open windows at night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Above all, the owner was very friendly and accommodating with extra towels and coffee with just a text.

The owner Dustin is amazing! He meets you when you get there and shows you around. I have been there twice now. The views are amazing and you walk right across the street to the beach.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property

All was great! I forgot to let them know when I left... sorry... room looked out at the sunrise and I could hear the waves from my bed! Bed was comfy. Could have used a second blanket as I like to sleep with a cool room but I was able to turn up the heat. I would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Wish we could have stayed longer! The beach was very close and at night you could hear the waves rushing in!

Nothing in my opinion!

A quick fifteen paces and you're on the beach! Easy no fuss room. Had wifi and cable and water was hot on demand! Host wasn't in your way and was courteous. He even had extra pillows and they were comfy ! Super location! Parking was great too.

Light came through the curtains super early in the AM. Blackout curtains would save the morning and evening with all the lights outside the room, was always just dim at bedtime. Never dark.
