Friendly staff, excellent service, comfortable room. Breakfasts buffet was good, enough opinions to make everyone happy. Pool was excellent- my daughter and I used it mulitple times. Nice to have music playing in there as well.

The hallways were a bit warmer then i expected them to be( just my opinion). The bathroom didnt have an exhaust fan so showering made it very steamy and made everything wet with moisture. Discoloration on the shower wall shoes it must be an ongoing issue looks like theres been water damage or something to it.

The quiet, beds were nice, the treadmill was great along with the breakfast, waffle maker. The staff were polite and answered questions.

On the second day, one of the treadmills was not working and the other did not turn on either, but another hotel guest was done using the third treadmill and I did not wait long, it wasn't much of an inconvenience. The first day I used a treadmill right away.

First of all breakfast was amazing each day we stayed everyone in staff was helpful and friendly. Place was always clean even with repairs being done. Beds are comftable and of course location was great we where about 10min drive to many things like Salem walmart comedy clubs

We had a fire alarm go off staff did not know what to do please train better God forbid was a real event. We was left outside in cold for 2hrs. When asked for a late check out due to that was told just absolutely no. Definitely expected them to work with us a bit more on that.

The staff were all VERY kind. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of choices each morning. The front desk was very accommodating when we needed an item we forgot. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of tidying the room each day while we were out.

If I'm being picky, the room doors slammed very loudly and the in room fridge was set VERY cold and froze some of our drinks. (I didn't figure out how to change the setting)

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. As a woman traveling alone, I was a little nervous about safety, but not once did I feel uneasy from either the staff or the guests. The hotel was very clean, and every day I saw cleaners on their rounds working wonderfully.

During my stay there was what appeared to be a group of high schoolers who ran through the halls late into the evening, and made it difficult to sleep, but this was no fault of the hotel or its staff.

I really like the staff who are really friendly and professional. Very helpful. Really clean hotel. As the room, swimming pool, sharing area, etc. Good placement. Really quit place.. Really nice and various breakfast. The meat and eggs changed all of the time and it's good. Lot of choice for all type of test. Room really spacious, and furnished. The bed are really comfortable. Air conditioning and heater working perfectly. Large fridge and lot of choice of hot beverage. The night auditor are really amazing. Always allowed us to use breakfast area for playing, talking etc. Small but good and useful stuff at the desk. Swimming pool perfect. Gym room perfect too. Outside patio jut amazing. I didn't use the laundry room. But of what i saw, look great and working well. I can just highly recommend it that amazing hotel.

The curtain in shower and shower head not really helpful but it's just my preference and small details.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were lovely, including a nice patio out back with seating. The staff were all wonderful, especially the night manager. We unfortunately did not get his name, but he has a beard, and was so helpful when it came to transportation and helping with information. Absolutely best hotel employee I can remember dealing with, and I travel a LOT. We stayed here as we wanted to visit Salem and Boston, and it was the perfect spot. We also went up to Cape Ann to whale watch, and it was close to there too. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but a short drive to shops and restaurants. We took an Uber from Salem to the hotel and it was less than $20. I would 100% stay here if I come back to the area.

Pool was a bit strong with the chlorine. I understand it is for safety, but it seemed a bit excessive as I started feeling uncomfortable from it after a bit (my husband works as a chief with Parks and Rec in our city, and has his pools license, so I know you can be clean and healthy without it being overwhelming). Still was a nice pool, it just needs a slight adjustment. That was my only complaint.

the room was very clean and smelled amazing, the breakfast was good there was a good variety. I forgot a razor and I asked the front desk if they had one I could buy they gave me one complimentary I thought that was great.

the pool was small it seemed bigger in the photos. I called for a towel because there were no more at the pool the front desk said I had to wait until 9am but I could not wait so I ended up going back to the room wet.

Can-do attitude of staff. This is the number one factor in managing a hotel. Layout of room and availability of walk-in shower for my husband. Comfort of beds and pillows. Cleanliness of rooms and overall facility. Quality and selection of breakfast foods, and large, attractive eating space. Outdoor sitting patio and indoor pool. Operating Windows to let in fresh air.

I honestly can't think of anything which I didn't like!

The room was spacious. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Pool was really nice and the fitness room was exceptional for a hotel. The breakfast was typical of most hotels. Met our needs. Coffee machine, in the lobby, was amazing.

There was hardly anything we did not like. I would stay there again if I had a reason the pass through that area but I don't expect to. I would recommend it to anyone who was .
