very clean, updated space, good atmosphere, very kind and accommodating staff... good food. We went during Salem's Haunted happenings so the prices were inflated, but that was the norm for every hotel in the area because of the mass flux of tourists. Was very pleases with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We were disappointed that only a buffet option was offered for breakfast on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The breakfast buffet was only so-so and cost way too much money for the choices given. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay.are room was clean the hotel its self was clean.the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were close to everything that we wanted to see and do.we would definitely stay again and would recommend.

The housekeeper never came to the room to clean or make the bed when we went out for the day.im not sure if it's due to covid but they were across from our room when we were leaving and never as asked if we needed anything. So I went to front desk for coffee, toilet paper, laundry bag.

When I tried to google the breakfast menu, right before bed by the way, information about bed bugs at your facility appeared. I wasn’t even looking for that. Made me very uneasy. The information dated back to 2019, but not exactly what you want to read right before bed. Never did find a breakfast menu.

The hospitality and friendliness of staff were beyond expectations. The room was exceptionally clean

Feel like the price was alittle too much but it was understandable for the time of season. More surveillance can be done in late our due to visitors being loud at night but it wasn’t overwhelming.

Breakfast great! Great oatmeal too! Servers so nice friendly and energetic. Room very comfortable and clean and quiet at night. Front desk staff very nice and pleasant and helpful.

Close to Salem, but not in Salem. Free Parking. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There were Ants in the bathroom. The mattress was a little more firm than I would have liked.

Location was great. Employees were pleasant.

Only thing that stood out out was no housekeeping on the 2nd day of our stay. Not sure if we missed the time slot but it wasn’t a big deal.

Everything clean and the staff were gentle

This was our second visit having visited in July. We were greeted at the front desk by John, and as in our last visit he was the consummate gentleman, and we were very happy to see him again, and of course he did an outstanding job. This morning we woke to the sound of a fire alarm in our bedroom, but there was no threat as James at the desk took immediate action to address the situation, and Douglas arrived and immediately corrected the malfunction. We were also impressed by the diversity of the staff James, a true English Gentleman, and Douglas a warm and engaging Guatemalan. John, James and Douglas are a great team, and represent the Marriott Hotel Chain extremely well. You are very lucky to have such good people. We are convinced and we have and will continue to recommend the Peabody Marriot to our friends and colleagues.
