Great location, across street from large supermarket (Stop & Shop) made shopping for supplies easy. The kitchen had plenty of cooking tools/pots, large fridge, toaster, etc, appliances in good working condition, so easy to make meals in the room. Very clean rooms, and I liked how the properly made it easy to help ourselves to fresh linens and towels if needed. AC units worked great, fortunately because it was a hot week. North Beverly is a very central location, short distance to lovely Cape Ann and the northshore, and a quick drive to Boston. Is a quiet, clean neighborhood with no bars or rough crowds to cause unpleasantness.

Don't stay here without a car. Lack of restaurants withing walking distance (the Bertucci's has moved). Only a hipster juice bar and a diner withing walking distance. But with the full kitchen and grocery store, you can easily make your own food.

Excellent staff! We arrived a day early and they were able to get us a room for the extra night. There was always adapted parking and the apartment was very clean. The bed was very comfortable in the first room that we had but the bed in the second room was a bit harder and not as comfortable. The bathroom was also, a little smaller than I was expected but usable.

The chair in the living room was bent/broken when we arrived so we couldn't use it, and there were no extra wash clothes the first few nights. Also, we were there for a week and needed additional garbage bags but there wasn't any of those in the supply closets either.

We loved that it was self check-in! With the keypad locks you know that each time the password is changed which makes you feel more secure. They customer service was outstanding! I got in touch with them with a concern and they made it know that we were safe and what the door was doing- auto locking at 10pm.

It has the keypad locks and no inside lock that goes across so even if someone tried to get in they couldn’t. At 10pm they auto lock and my friend and I were so worried that someone was trying to get inside.. because it beeped like someone was trying but had the wrong code.. if we had a lock that went across like most hotels we would have felt better about our safety if that had happened. They should put on the instructions that at 10pm it auto locks and will be making noises.

We loved the location of the hotel based on where we needed to be for our visit to Beverly. The hotel was clean (for the most part), we had some issues with the sheets being dirty (actual lip stick marks) on arrival BUT customer service handled that issue . The customer service was very apologetic and attentive to our concerns. Based on previous reviews, the dirty sheets were probably overlooked by the cleaning staff and not indicative of the overall cleanliness of the hotel, but still not what you want to see when you are getting ready for bed. It was nice to have a full kitchen, although we didn't need or use it. Additionally, the mobile app was very helpful and easy to use. We are on the fence if we would stay there again, mostly bc we like to have an actual front desk/person to discuss any issues. But overall satisfied with our stay.

We didn't like that we didn't have a front desk person to handle our issues on arrival. While we did get our issue resolved via text and phone call, it would have been much easier if we could of handled it in person. The hotel did fix the situation so we were pleased about that. Overall it was a nice hotel, but on the fence if we would stay there again. TBD for our next visit!

There was a lot of dead bugs on the floor and outside

so insanely safe, comfortable and nice ! i always worry as a woman in my young 20s traveling and having people know where I’m staying. safety is not a worry here! they stay in constant contact w you, there’s a code to get into the room so no one else can access it nor do you have to do a whole check in. and the room was stunning, big, clean, had everything i could possibly need and for such an affordable price for such luxury!! i recommend you stay here 1000%, you won’t regret it. the customer service was amazing, the staff do such a wonderful job taking care of you!

i liked everything about the property!

the room was very cozy, spacious, and the best modernly boho-chic decorated hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I felt at home. great location!

the only thing that was frustrating is that we had two girl friends getting ready for an event, and the only mirror was the one above the sink. it would have been helpful to have a mirror in the main area so we both could have been getting ready at the same time. we also were surprised that there was no full length mirror. easy fix!

No breakfast and it was a bit expensive but was the cheapest room by a fair margin on the day in question so I rated it a decent value. The checkin experience was very good as was the communication from staff all throughout the stay. I would recommend it for people staying in the area as it is easy to get to, the touches checkin was extremely convenient and the staff (electronically at least) are very attentive. The room itself was quite large and comfortable.

While the place was priced reasonably for the area, it was still quite expensive for what it was but you can't really complain as that's what the market will support I guess. I certainly don't blame them for charging what the market will bear.

the WiFi worked great, self check in was great. location was excellent for the train

even though the WiFi worked great, neither television would connect. we know how to work roku TV’s so it wasn’t user error. also, be aware that they charge $150 security deposit, and that doesn’t come up anywhere in the booking process on this site. they call you later to make sure they get your credit card details, which I’m assuming they don’t get from booking dot com.

the room are very nice , clean and quiet! location is great you can get everything you need within walking distance.

I would have like to have maybe some small chair outside the rooms for sitting outside. maybe a small place to have visitors outside perhaps small picnic tables area. I am aware of the no parties policies but I was there for a family event and had my nieces and nephews over and felt bad because I didn’t want to bother other guests if we got a little loud.
