Breakfast was excellent, staff was SUPER nice and accommodating - every single one of them which was so great!! Nice walk in shower, and nice fridge and microwave. Bed was super comfortable and hotel was very quiet. Smelled good and clean in the room too. No one bothered us, I LOVE that housekeeping is by request only. Nice, safe neighborhood with some nearby restaurants and only 25 minutes North of Boston. A very good value compared to in the city.

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable in any hotel I have stayed in on this trip.. side by side fridge not dorm style with freezer Froze things solid. Had NESN to watch soxs game. Was very quiet all in all so could sleep good

They need new sign cannot see it from highway its in trees set back. Can't see until ya up on it and passed. I did not like all the people out front smoking pot. It is legal but was bit much every time. Dog barking not hotels fault. Returning every night no parking spots very full had to go to back lot...

The staff and their willingness to help was extraordinary. The breakfast was very good with a lot to select from.

The property needs to be deep cleaned. The rooms and corridors have a very musky odor and I am not one of those hyper sensitive client and I booked 3 rooms for the long weekend and all of my guest observed the same thing. There also were no adjoining rooms which I had never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have them.

Breakfast was very good; fresh! Location was extremely convenient to our events in Salem and Topsfield. Price was great; we attended a wedding but all other hotels were too expensive. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Changing towels; we had to ask the housekeeping staff for fresh, dry towels. Bathroom sink tops are too small; water spills all over floor from shower/shower curtain, and there is so much moisture and humidity since fan does work well. Pillowcases smelled like someone's else's hair gel; may have been the pillow itself. Too busy and tired to talk to staff.

1. We had just left an Airbnb early because we needed softer beds. These beds were perfect and had extra pillows. 2. I had accidentally reserved doubles, knowing that I needed queens for myself and my two plus-sized daughters. The clerk allowed me to change rooms to the only queen room left. 3. We needed an extra towel and the young man at the front desk happily provided one. 4. There was always hot coffee, regular and decaf, and hot water available in the lobby, along with cold water with lemon. 5. I felt safe and in a convenient location to restaurants, shopping, and Boston.

The person who was in the room before us must have smoked in it. The room was as clean as possible and the smell dissipated within 24 hours.

Hotel looked like it was in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was nice before we left. Several items to choose from. Staff were nice when checking in.

We did not care for the half pillows on the beds. The pillows were only half the size of a normal pillow. Would have like to have been warned about that as our family prefers regular sized pillows.

Nice hot breakfast. Quiet room. Easy parking. Very friendly and polite front desk. Lots of extra towels. Very hot forceful shower. Comfy bed. Location close to North Shore Mall. Easy trip to Salem and down to Gloucester for Whale tour.

I didn't like the shea butter soap, sort of felt greasy.

This was our first time at the Comfort Inn, close to Boston. We were greeted warmly by friendly and knowledgeable Josh, who made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and immaculate. We appreciated the ample breakfast choices and the fact that, even though the Inn is close to a major highway (convenient!), our room was quiet. We will absolutely return!
