A new hotel is always nicer than that "used" look. Nice to be able to park right near the door. Although I-75 runs right by the hotel, since my room was on the side away from the expressway, I didn't notice much noise. The roll-down blackout blind on the window was super-- blocked out all light. Comfy bed. Great shower, fluffy towels. And the oatmeal was delicious :-)

The employee working at the "public" computer by the window in the lobby who, when she had a question for her fellow employee, yelled that she should come help her, rather than just standing up and walking over to quietly get her-- was a bit annoying for someone sitting in that area. Also, the hotel is a little pricey for the location (next to the freeway), but the convenience and included breakfast made up for it.

Nice location off I-75 and right next to the Starbucks. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean and a nice size. The desk chair was comfortable and the desk was nicely placed. Had a good Wi-Fi to complete some work before I relaxed for the night.

I would suggest not getting a room next to the elevators. It caused the door rattled constantly during the night. The heater in the room was loud and making noise during the night as well. Between the two, I did not get the most restful sleep.

-Good intercontinental breakfast -comfy beds -different way of providing shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion -lots of outlets to plug in devices - common areas in lobby were welcoming -pool was a decent size and warm

-no hot chocolate, even though advertised -beds felt a tad on the small size, maybe not true Queen size -cold in lobby at night if you wanted to sit down and play a game, you definitely needed a sweater

We loved the whole experience! The lady at check-in was delightful and when I checked out the next morning that same lady remembered me and why I was there...mu sons basketball tournament, and asked how his games went. The cleaning staff was super personable as well. They acknowledged us and said hello and were very friendly. My experience at other hotels is usually very different and the staff will keep their heads down and don't really seem like they want to be seen OR heard. Overall we loved our stay! Our youngest daughter left saying it was the best hotel she's ever stayed at! We all agreed!

The only down side at the specific tru that we stayed at was the pool was cold enough that our kids only swam for about 10mins total. Also, the actual location of ours was a little tricky to get back to since it was right past the exit ramp and also because of that it was hard to get across traffic which meant we did alot of turning around when we left. Two very small details though!!!

I liked the lounge area, gathering area and pool table. We traveled with a bunch of other families and it was perfect for us adults to gather and socialize while the kids had room to do their thing also

I didn't like that there were only 3 chairs total in the pool area. Not accommodating to adults who want to be in the pool area to supervise their children but don't want to be in the pool either

The young woman who checked me did an incredible job of handling more work than should be assigned to one person. The manager should assign someone to share duties at the front desk and if they can't hire someone then the manager him/herself should be there.

the area where it was at was perfect. easy on and off the highway. The lady at the desk suggested a couple places to try out and she was correct. Mary’s Stein haus is AMAZING! The staff are courteous and the drinks are amazing. Atmosphere there is perfect too.

Can’t complain at all. There was a clicking noise that was pretty loud a few times during the night, but that wasn’t an issue at all. i was able to go back to sleep afterwards.

1) Room was very clean. 2) The ventilation at bath room was very effective. The mirror didn't fog up. 3) Breakfast was good assortment.

1) Weak water pressure in the shower. 2) The bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner and etc. are good idea. But I couldn't squeeze those with weak grip strength. 3) Pillow hardness was so soft and no variation.

The hotel layout is extremely well thought out, minimalist but functional. We absolutely loved enjoying the common area in the main lobby for meals, hanging out, etc. as opposed to being crammed in our rooms. The breakfast was better than most other hotels in this price range while not mind blowing good, it ticked all the boxes. The pool area was very nice with a shower to rinse off and a couch for the parents to lounge on while the kids played.

The #1 thing that would make this hotel an all-around winner would be to have EV charging stations. Really surprising to see such a new hotel designed from the ground up as a clean sheet not have EV charging stations. Big miss that should be rectified. Also, the HVAC system in the room made the air VERY dry. Needed to put a damp towel over the register. The beds and pillows were not as comfortable as other hotels we've stayed at in this price range.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of selections. Clean rooms and nice walk in shower that worked well. It had everything a person would need for a stay away from home. Good location.

There were a couple floor mats in the Check in area that were a little worn on the ends and caused people to stumble a little. It was brought to the attention of the service desk.
