Alyssa the valet person was extremely helpful. She helped us arrange for complimentary robes which we loved to use while using the pools & hot tub since it was a little chilly out; but not when we could wrap ourselves in those to keep warm! The Embers restaurant was very good, food & staff great. The breakfast restaurant in the food court was delicious & reasonably priced. Better coffee, too, than at the Chill shop. Room was very clean & spacious. The property itself was kept very clean & nicely decorated. Visiting the casino was fun.

The ice cream shop Chill closed too soon on a Saturday night. The staff at the Fat Burgers restaurant in the food court were not very good.

This is the nicest place we have stayed! The bed was the most comfortable bed ever, I wish I could take it home! I love the different dining options and the coffee and ice cream bar - the Brownie Sundae I had was amazing! The casino was fun. We stayed here because it was closest to the venue we were going to for a concert. This will definitely be where we stay for the next concert!

I wish there had been old school slot machines that took coins.

Wow! Isleta is what hotels should strive to be! The lobby and front desk staff were welcoming, professional, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. Bathroom was spacious, modern and clean. -Super reasonably priced. -Free bottles of water in the fridge for guests. -Comfortable bed. -Nice linens -Two chair for seating, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but sure was nice to be able to sit and enjoy a tea with my wife. -The A/C is positioned away from the bed, so the room is cool, but not blowing on the bed!

The hotel could have offered a breakfast, but honestly, I am searching for something to add here.

Jetted tub was huge! It was a massive room, very fancy looking. The bathroom was incredible, it was the size of an entire bedroom itself. Walk in shower, separate jetted tub, his and her sinks, private room for toilet. The Chili Ristra restaurant was delicious but don't get dessert because it is not great but the meal was delicious. Casino was good as well.

The faucet on the tub blocked you from getting in and out so I cut my leg on the handle trying to get out of the slippery tub. The jacuzzi was broken and apparently breaks every month. The pool is clearly for children only as it is extremely shallow. The desserts at Chili Ristra were stale and tasted bad. The "canoli" was NOT a canoli at all and cheesecake made my husband sick. The man working there was kind of rude and aggressive as well. The valet was not doing valet so we had to park ourselves.

I loved the hotel and casino. It had a beautiful view of Albuquerque, but still peaceful and distant from the city. I likes the covid restrictions that were in place. The hotel is beautiful and has artifacts and pictures of the Pueblo. It’s located on the Isleta Pueblo reservation and next to a be audio golf course. There a bowling alley next door but I’m not sure if it was open or not. There is a fat burger, Panda Express, and another restaurant in the food court as well as a cafe that serves Starbucks. Would definitely go again!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the doors to the hotel were closed due to covid, we had to go in and out through the casino.

The place is like a dream...had a higher floor with a nice view of the valley. Just 20 mins or less south of city center and cheapest gas for hundreds of miles in the southern side of rt 10 for hotel exit. Room is huge with panoramic window. Pool is marvelous with indoor - outdoor swim under a glass wall with 3 cabana beds. There are shuttles to the airport or train to Santa Fe (train has no service 9am-2pm). And reasonable coffee and breakfast or lunch downstairs plus an evening steak and sea joint. P.S. I hate gambling and the casino is in an adjacent building, separate from the hotel high rise but an easy walk.

Nothing really. There are ample variety of birds fluttering outside as they live in the roof, and a little bird poo on the windowpane. Also whatever you ask the lovely ladies at the front desk to arrange, they will graciously agreed then immediately forget. So follow up in person if you want anything.

The room was of a very high standard, modern and very comfortable.

It’s a shame I couldn’t check-in until 4pm, as this limits the amount of time I had to enjoy the facilities. I had a view of a roof, which is disappointing given the landscape and indeed the nice architecture of the hotel.

The room was very comfortable. The bed was great. The bathroom was fabulous it had a big soak tub… I used nearly every night. It was very quiet and secure. I loved the location right outside of town but close enough to go into town when we wanted to. I am so glad that I picked this location.

The choices of food places could have been better.
