Breakfast every morning was fantastic. Decor and cleanliness were spot on. Staff was very friendly. Room and bed were very comfortable. Pleasant location a little bit removed from Santa Fe. Overall, a lovely stay!

Just one issue -- we stayed in the Fiesta room, and we could hear too much from the neighboring room that has an adjoining door. Whenever the other guests were in their bathroom, we could hear every word that they said. Thankfully our neighboring guests were typically fairly quiet, but if we had had loud neighboring guests, this would have been a big issue.

The breakfasts were incredible! Every morning a different home-cooked egg-dish with bacon or sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, orange juice. In addition there were always complimentary fresh home-baked pastries, granola bars, fruit, candy and other snacks available. The decor was perfect Southwest down to every detail. One warm morning we sat out on the zen garden complete with a waterfall, desert plants, a beautiful view and trees. One cool afternoon we got back to the property early and enjoyed reading in the living room by the fire. Check out pictures of the rooms online! The gift shop is charming!

The light in our closet only worked intermittantly!

The inn is charming and comfortable and the staff makes you feel like its your home. the vibe is relaxed and yet on top of it. we appreciated a staff member coming around the first morning and asking if there was anything they could do improve our stay. we have a service dog and she was most welcome and accepted. I would recommend Bobcat Inn to fellow travelers looking for countryside and incredible homecooked breakfasts. they also leave fresh baked pastries and cookies all day, tea and coffee too.

The breakfast was very good, different each day, and it was very pleasant to have it served on the back patio. It was also both interesting and useful to be able to talk to the owner about the city.

I was surprised at the traffic noise from the nearby Interstate highway - our room was on the front of the property. The location up in the hills however was very pleasant, slightly cooler than downtown and picturesque.

Loved the location. View of mountains from bedroom window was fabulous. Breakfasts were all YUMMY and so enjoyed sitting outside in courtyard eating our meal. Weather was crisp but sun was out.. it was lovely. This was our first time staying in B&B so was not sure what to expect. It was a great experience. Room was spacious; very comfortable bed. Loved the decor. My husband and I definitely recommend staying at Bobcat. Owners were soooo nice.

We used GPS so had no trouble finding the place but would recommend more lighting at entrance. We arrived at nightand we both commented that more lights would make it less intimidating. Just a recomm endation.

This place has a special feel to it. It is owned by a very nice couple. The owners live on the premises and are available for whatever the guests might need at any time. People working at this place are amazing. On the back patio we watched the sunrise as well as moon rise over the near by mountains. The owner comes every morning and prepares exceptional breakfast for the guests. You get served the breakfast either outside on the patio or inside in the dining area, depending on your own preference. Snacks and drinks available free of charge whenever you please. They make you feel like kings and queens. We stayed in the Santa Fe room. It is spacious with its own bathroom as well as fridge, microwave and small sink. You cannot even call this a hotel. It feels more like you are being welcomed as a guest in somebody's home. They take a very good care of their guests. Amazing!!!

The water pressure in the shower was not great. It also takes a while for the water to get warm.

Excellent breakfast each day we were there. The homemade baked goods were an added bonus. The grounds and patio area were well maintained and we enjoyed having a comfortable place to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Santa Fe.

We enjoyed the ambiance and décor of the room. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The only thing we would change is the set up in the bathroom. We would suggest adding safety bars in the tub and texturizing the bathtub floor. In addition, evaluate the whole property for potential problems for seniors staying there.

The breakfast was excellent. The owner is also a chef and invests himself in his meals. All the staff was very friendly and you could see that they like what they do and want guests to be comfortable. If you are looking for a cozy inn away from the hassle of the city, and tucked in the mountains, this is perfect.

A small and charming inn a few hundred yards from the old Las Vegas Highway out of Santa Fe. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a coffee machine and home made snacks available at all hours. Breakfast was excellent. There is a charming courtyard with a pond and comfortable seating where breakfast is usually served.

No real downsides. It is located quite far from Santa Fe, but we found that a benefit rather than a disadvantage.

Ryan is a great cook and he makes breakfast every morning for the quests. The common spaces are very comfy and I love the quiet in there.

Our room had a small private bathroom, but the bathroom had a door connecting to the next room and could hear any noise.
