Breakfast was good. Not a lot of hot choices.

We were very upset on the next day when we got back to the room and the bed was not made and new towels were not in the bathroom and the bathroom was not cleaned. When we called the front desk he said that was the new rule that unless you tell you tell us when you check in to do the room everyday. Was told it gets clean every 3 days. How could I tell you when I did not know of the new rule and was not asked when I checked in about the choice. I was told it was written on every website. I did not see anything related to this issue. For that price it should be cleaned everyday or at least notify us when we check in. Also did not like very low toilets. Not good for seniors.

Shuttle to/from the airport was very quick, clean, and professional (and free). Front desk and shuttle driver went above and beyond to help us out. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable. We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast since we had a 4:30 am scheduled departure time - but the shuttle driver had the coffee already made, which we did not expect at that hour of the morning!

In our room, the bathroom door was at the foot of the beds - and instead of being a solid door, it was a sliding, frosted glass door. Looked very nice, until 2am and someone got up to use the bathroom - shut the door and turned on the light. It was like a beacon shining on both beds lol. Not complaining, just was funny.

I like the accommodations and the room was certainly clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. I also liked that my name was on the television. The staff was very good and friendly with the exception of the housekeeper.

The day of check out the housekeeper Selma knocked on the door at about 930 didn't give anyone a chance to say anything before she proceeded to come in. She came back twice after that when check-out was at 12pm. We departed the room around 1130 just after the third knock. It was very rude.

i loved how big the room was. the bathroom was equally just as big with plenty of counter space. they also provided regular sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the showers and not just the traveling sized ones. It’s only about a 15 min drive from everything i attended so the convenience of the location was also a plus.

the only downside i didn’t like was the fact that since this is a fairly new hotel there is construction around so there isn’t a good scenery to overlook lol just construction and the parking lot.

New property. Everything looked fresh and new. There's a fire pit outside for guests to enjoy.

The front desk lady seemed overworked; not necessarily unpleasant, but didn't go out of her way to make guests checking in feel welcomed. There was a distinct sewer-type odor at night from something nearby. It reminded me of sulfur. I caught a few brief whiffs in my room, but was not overwhelmed by it. Past reviews had warned me of this odor before I booked. The closet doors were difficult to open. The A/C unit was louder than expected.

Convenient location from airport. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, nice variety.

The hotel and room were very clean BUT there were two small, dirty wash towels and some hair left in our bathroom which was kind of nasty. It may have just been a minor oversight but it makes a huge difference.

The breakfast setup staff was awesome and so friendly. It is so nice to see a smile first thing in the morning. The shuttle driver is such a friendly sole. He makes the quick ride enjoyable. The shuttle to and from the airport and the staff have made this our go to place for the start of our flight vacations.

Great location, not to far the city. Clean rooms, spacious creative layout. Enjoyed the walk-in shower and comfy bed!

Breakfast recommendation, add in a waffle maker to the breakfast line. I do not recall seeing one

The hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly. This is now my go to hotel whenever I visit Charlotte.

I think the room could use a little more lighting. (Lighting in bathroom is great though)
