Jasmine made everything perfect. We were feeling defeated because of the rain , but I could see the sunshine in Jasmine's smile. She was extremely helpful and so nice. The bed was comfortable. The food was overpriced and small portions. That's ok because the food was only average. The restaurant staff was sufficient. It's a beautiful place, good location. Try Nana Morrisons Soul Food located next door. I'd definitely recommend and I'd stay again. I may be making reservations today 😉

Michelle the front desk agent or supervisor was amazing. I truly appreciated her service, she went over and beyond even when it was busy. She was persistent on making sure that I was taken care of and switched me to one of the best rooms. She is what you call a leader and deserves to be promoted. She made my stay warm and even with the incident at the breakfast she made sure that I was okay and even apologized. Michelle and the shuttle drivers will be the reason I will come back. They truly made me feel like I was appreciated as a guest, even the shuttle drivers kept asking if I needed water and cookies lol while waiting for my Uber. Thank you for your service!!

The breakfast actually disappointed me, the fact that the server was demanding and cut throat with not allowing me to take yogurt to the room was ridiculous. I even left a tip and she kept saying that it’s the policy. I’ve worked in the hotel industry and know to never lead with “it’s the policy” definitely if it’s just yogurt she could’ve went out of her way to see what she can do or even apologize and show empathy but she didn’t and stated if you want to talk to the manager you certainly can. What kind of service is that after I just left a tip? Then proceeded with taking yogurt from my table like I was going to steal it. This was the worse part of my stay and if I do stay at this hotel again I would not get breakfast. She just wasn’t a pleasant server.

Only stayed for 8 hours for an early flight but was a super stay. super close to the airport, front desk staff very friendly on check in and check out, even at 5am! Shuttle offered to airport but we drove. Warm cookies and water a nice touch at check in, at check out was offered as well. Kids swam in outdoor pool for a bit, was clean and a nice way to tire them out. A few chain restaurants right next door to walk to, others close as well. Room standard, clean and served our needs for one night.

Lobby/bar area was hot, AC did not appear to be working there but we were only in those areas for a short time.

I booked this hotel for a quick stay because of a long overnight layover. The hotel provided a shuttle that runs 24 hrs every 30 minutes. The rooms were spacious and the staff were very accommodating/helpful with all of our questions and requests. They even give warm chocolate chip walnut cookies at check-in!

The half and half in our room went bad at some point, and I had to learn that the hard way. Some minor upkeep things like how worn the ceiling in the bathroom looked and the extensive rusting (?) on the light fixture.

Property was clean and room was very nice. The receptionist at checkin was very nice but didn’t seem to know her job very well…we asked for a split payment and she goofed and put two charges on my account. In that split payment was also a $30 fee which was never made clear other than to say it would be credited at checkout. It was not. However, I was able to get a credit after I got home and talked to the manager. In the meantime…see below

My friend ended up with double charges on her account after she returned home…over $200 for a room I had already paid for. She contacted the manager and was told they had no record of her card on file…which makes no sense since it was on her credit card statement. It has been several months now and still no resolution from her card company or the hotel…she is going to try again directly with the hotel for a full credit.

I needed to stay the night, as I had a 14 hour layover at Charlotte airport. Was really pleasant stay overall . The free shuttle bus picked me up straight away from the airport (was waiting just 5 minutes ) driver was very friendly . Upon arrival t hotel I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and got a really nice warm cookie. Appreciated and a nice touch after a long day of travel. The room was super clean and comfortable. The receptionist was helpful with helping me find dinner options around. Would recommend

The bed was so comfortable. Didn’t stay long 1 am - 5:30 am, but slept like a baby. Cried like one when the alarm went off!! Room was clean, bathroom spotless. Towels nice & thick. The lady checking us in and out was efficient & friendly. The warm cookies were the perfect snack!

I loved the staff. They were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. You could get the buffet or order from the menu. There was friendly staff to meet and greet you during breakfast.

The rooms were a little dated. But they were very clean. I was treated very well by the staff. that more than made up for the room being a little dated. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We did not eat any breakfast. left every early that morning for the airport. This is a great hotel. perfect location and the room was awesome.
