Staff was highly responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. Manager was training a new staff member and if not for the proactive apology for and extended check-in process ( which I barely noticed, they were on it) I would've never known. The room was as pictured, clean, clear air, and although I could tell by the traffic at times in there lobby, they were full but the halls were quiet. 10/10 recommend.

Didn't like I was only there one night.

I stayed here as it was close to the airport when flights were disrupted due to the storms on the east coast. It was convenient, clean and had available rooms.

The airport shuttle did not operate for the late night arrivals, cab was not that expensive but they hate the short runs to the airport hotels.

Your shuttle service... both drivers set the tone on what to expect when you arrive at the hotel. The conversation was very welcoming so once you walk in the hotel you already in a pleasant mood to check-in.

Great service from most of the staff. I'm sorry I didn't get names but the lady who checked us in Sunday evening around 5:30pm was awesome, very personable and helpful. The lady and gentleman who checked us out Tuesday afternoon at 1pm were wonderful as well, very polite, engaging, and outgoing. We really enjoyed the day staff.

Large room, great staff, was a last minute booking as was stranded at airport and they gave us what we needed.

You have to call the hotel for the shuttle to come but the hotel phone number was not working. We had to take a $37 taxi.

- size of room - the bed was comfortable - the distance to restaurants for doordash

- parking lot is not well lit - the size of the bathroom/shower - too small - shower door handles were rusty - water pressure in the shower was horrible - smelled like weed in the hallways. - elevator would take forever to show up.

Hannah the hotel manager, had excellent service as well as the front desk staff when I stayed, since I was visiting Charlotte for the first time Hannah Provided me with some excellent places to check out during my visit, she also checked me in and had some very good conversations about places to travel too and etc . Overall a nice hotel

Only thing I didn’t like was the housekeeping, I had stayed for 4 days and not had a housekeeper come to my room not once, I had to throw out my own trash and ask front desk for trash bags and extra towels.

Location of the property was great. Everything seem to be 10-15 mins away. Rooms were spacious.

Bathroom was a lil tiny. No balcony as it said in the description.

Sean, who checked us in at the front desk, was awesome! It was after midnight and he was so pleasant and upbeat with a great attitude. Apparently weather had canceled many flights and they had been inundated with tired cranky travelers (including us), yet he maintained his professionalism and courtesy. He was the highlight of a trip gone awry. He was still there at the front desk in the morning still with a great attitude. He was even kind enough to get us some milk, even though breakfast was over.
