Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport

The hotel was spotless. It is modern. I arrived quite late in the night so wasn’t able to use the restaurant. I was made to feel welcome. I’m glad I chose this hotel even though I only spent 12 hours there I felt it is worth the price. The only downside was it was advertised as breakfast included on Booking.com but when I enquired I would have to pay. I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast because I had a plane to catch. Had a little toast to take away. The shuttle service also was good. If I was to ever go to Charlotte again I would probably go here.

I liked everything

This is a really nice hotel with very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The beds are extremely comfortable and the showers hot (which I love!)

We only had one glitch in our check-in process. We had two rooms booked and the seconds room's keys didn't work. When we went back downstairs to inform the front desk, we were given other keys. They didn't work either. So we had to go down again! This time the clerk realized she gave us the wrong room number and remedied the situation. But to make up for our inconvenience they gave us vouchers for free breakfast! Awesome!

Airport shuttle service, room, staff

Ridiculous prices for food and drink items in the convenience center. A bag of chips that cost $2.99 in a typical conenience store was $6. C'mon, that is nickel and diming your customers. Charging more for "premium" Internet service. I've mention this multiple times, why would you charge extra for good Internet service? Do you charge extra for good mattresses or any other normal feature of a hotel stay? Excellent wi-fi and Internet service should be every bit as standard as excellent facilities

WOW! What a wonderful hotel. For the first time in our entire 12 day trip, we had a glass walk in shower. I probably took 4 photos! The Business Center abled us to print out our home church service so we could better participate. When we arrived, we had not had supper and were pleasantly surprised that the lobby area had a wonderful eating area and we could get either a full meal or a nice "appetizer". It was a wonderful meal. The receptionists throughout our stay were very accommodating, especially with all the airport traffic coming and going. We were pleased to find that we could either do a continental breakfast at a very reasonable price or a main course. We chose the latter. Such a wonderful stay before visiting Nascar, and so convenient. Thanks so much!

Can't think of a thing!

The only drawback is that there was no way to make hot water other than the Kurig. There was only one tea pod. And there were none available in the lobby. I know tea drinkers are at a disadvantage so I always bring tea bags. Heating water in a paper cup only resulted in a singed cup. I appreciated that the kitchen staff got me a pot of hot water, but it meant a trip to the lobby. And if the kitchen had been closed, I would have been out of luck.

Overall, the hotel was great. Ms. Nina was our waitress for breakfast, and when I tell yall she was absolutely amazing, that would be an understatement. The ladies and gentlemen that worked at the front desk were also very inviting and super nice. I would definitely recommend staying here

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the fact that the bathroom door opened out to the room door, and it would close on you so fast.

The hotel concierge were very kind to my fiancé and I. They knew we were frustrated, as we had to book a hotel due to flight cancelations, and they made everything (like transportation from/to the airport) very easy.

The fire alarm went off during our dinner because of a grease fire and there was no clear direction from staff as what to do: the staff themselves seemed unfazed and although a few patrons went outside to wait for the fire department, many remained indoors (like my fiancé and I) and at the bar. I wish that we would have been given either 1.) direction as what to do and/or 2.) a complimentary drink... seeing as it was quite the disruption during our dinner.

Came in very late and hotel staff were very hospitable. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Great hot made to order breakfast next am. So convenient to airport

The room was awesome, big and with beautiful views. The hotel had many facilities including a pool and a gym, as well as a nice restaurant. The free shuttle to the airport is very convenient. Also has a beautiful hiking trail just in front of the hotel.

The pool was very small. The reception staff were not the nicest.

Excellent Breakfast. We'll stay here every time were in Charlotte. Everything from start to finish was posh. Great customer service. Excellence in room cleaning. The ice machine didn't work on the third floor-you can't have everything and that can happen anywhere, but outside of that, I went to the fourth floor and got ice and had a wonderful & happy 😊 stay. A short walk from parking lot to front desk, a plus. Nice views around the hotel. Quiet environment, very quiet! Excellent excellent room service and quick responses when requesting things from the front desk. Hallways are very clean very quiet. Free shuttle to the airport a bonus. Ms. Miracle at the front desk was a real refreshing experience, along with the assistant manager I can't call her name and the manager were all very very attentive.
