SpringHill Suites by Marriott Winston-Salem Hanes Mall

I thought the staff was exceptional. The only problem I had was having to go to the desk three times and there was not anyone at the counter. I think a bell, or some type of device to alert staff someone is at the counter needed. Did have a little difficulty with the television as far as how to get to your own account such as on Amazon prime. Loved the design of the rooms.. Could have used more towels.

Could’ve used more towels. The bare minimum was there so if you washed your hair, you did not have an extra towel to wrap it up in. Clear directions for the television would be helpful such as on a card. Trouble getting to Amazon prime video. We purchased some food at your frozen area. Assuming all foods will be able to microwave because that is the only thing in the room. We paid nine dollars plus tax for a pizza and it was to be air fried. Throw it away and that is a lot of money.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. Each time was perfect. Everyone from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast was prepared by the staff and you told them what you wanted. After we left, I realized I had left my phone charger on the nightstand and called back in the afternoon to see if the cleaning staff had found it. They had found it and it was waiting for me when I picked it up later. A very trustworthy and honest staff. I highly recommend Springhill Suites and will definitely stay there every time I’m in Winston-Salem.

Breakfast was delicious! Room was clean and spacious, very modern furniture and the kitchenette was a nice bonus. I will stay again when I’m the area and recommend to anyone passing through. The gym was nice and the indoor pool looked clean. I wish I had time to use them, maybe next time!

Everything was nice and surpassed my expectations. The dim lights were a nice surprise! So romantic!

the property looks nice, outside and inside. The hot breakfast was great plenty of options and taste good. The pool was clean and semi warm but loaded with so much chlorine, did not like that. The hotel room was spacious and clean. Loved every bit of my stay!

Breakfast to be a little hotter maybe bacon at times and option for waffle. But this doesn’t make change my opinion of my stay

The customer service was exceptional especially the man who checked us in, I don’t recall his name but he was very nice and informative and check in with him was a breeze, even though we had to wait for a clean room to become available we didn’t mind we only waited about 4-5 minutes, will definitely be going back!

Nicely designed rooms, not just a box. Very nice front desk person. Breakfast was fresh food. Great location near shops & backs up to woods. No street noise. Clean, even the A/C filters. Very reasonably priced.

Nothing. It was the best hotel we stayed in on our cross country trip.
