The location was outstanding. The apartment was very clean and it was very well stocked with everything we needed. The air conditioning was great! The staff/security were friendly and helpful.

What I didn’t like was the noise in the street. But, we were provided with ear plugs so that took care of the problem. I also did not like the cost of overnight parking. Thirty-eight dollars is a lot of money!!

The room was spacious, very well equipped, and situated in a very nice and vivid area.

The bathroom was full of water after shower, and there was not a mop in the room to clean it up.

Check in process was easy, place was clean and spacious, facilities worked well. Kitchen was very well equipped. Appreciated the dishwashing tabs and tide pods that came with the facilities. Location was good, just a short walk from Chestnut St and Walnut St where most good food is.

Limited lockers to secure bags, so it's first come first served. Some facilities didn't work as well (bedroom light was out, shower rubber seals were loose so water would leak onto the bathroom floor) but nothing huge. Self run nature of the building means you're subject to other guests and their behaviours (like if they clog up the garbage chute).

Friendly staff and easy access to property. There was always a member of staff present when we entered or exited the accommodation. They were always courteous and helpful if we spoke to them.The common room on the 2nd floor was clean. We used the luggage lockers on the last day and then spent the last hour in the common room waiting for our taxi to the airport. It was all very convenient. Having read a few negative reviews we were concerned about the homeless around the hotel. We never felt threatened by their presence. Our room was good. There were a few stains on the bedroom carpet but nothing to get upset about.

The electronic key didn’t work so we just used our key code. The staff did say it was temperamental. Slightly strange lighting in the bedroom…. No ceiling light, just lamps. Air con was a bit loud but nothing to stop us sleeping.

This place is truly great! A perfect location, about 5 minutes from Jefferson station that takes you to and from the airport. The apartments are located in center city, walking distance from everything. The building is a beautiful, historical landmark and the apartments are newly renovated. I had a studio apartment with a gigantic bed, a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher. A private laundry closet, ample closet space and a spacious bathroom with a bath tub. Everything was very clean and new. I was on the 10th floor and could not hear any noise from the street. This is a busy neighborhood so they leave earplugs for you, in case you're on the lower floors.

Nice location in the city center, near restaurants, coffee shops, and walking distance from the conference center and even some nice museums. Nice spaces in the hotel, and a clean, comfortable vibe. We were thankful for the complementary lockers for luggage, and helpful staff working with us via the Sonder app. It was also nice to have a small kitchen for our use.

Strangely, our bed linen didn't really fit the bed, so the fitted sheet came loose every night, which was rather annoying while trying to sleep. There was not always someone at the front desk, but they were responsive on the app (which they do require you to download). There is no gym at the hotel, although they offer a discount at the gym across the street.

It was super smooth to check in and we were able to leave our bags in the luggage lockers. Super easy and convenient. Location was great. The bed was comfortable. In general, we were happy with our 2-day stay. Would come again!

Many of the guests were families and we heard them a lot in the evenings and mornings. Kids were being loud and it was a bit annoying. Since there was no reception, we couldn’t really raise a complaint. Additionally, the amenities could have been a bit more cleaner but I do understand it is an old city and the building is old.

What a fantastic property this is. Incredibly well situated right in the middle of Philadelphia so all of the attractions were in easy walking distance. We stayed in a corner 1br apartment which was super spacious and well appointed. The only negative I could offer is that on the weekend, the location was very noisy. Our room was on the corner opposite a night club which was very loud until all hours. The ear plugs provided by the venue were very much appreciated. Other than the noise, I could not fault this room or the facility as a whole.

Grant was extremely helpful and provided guidance and answered our questions with confidence. We look forward to staying at a Sonder location again soon.

Nothing to address, thank you for asking. I did however, leave my water bottle at the front desk (check in counter). Is there a possibility to have it mailed/shipped to us in Colorado? Or have our family pick it up (our son lives in Philadelphia)? Please advise. Roberta- 719.289.2056
