Beds are super comfortable, water temp and pressure is perfect, halls smell so welcoming, and room was very clean and spacious. This was the first place we’ve stayed at with comfortable pull out sofa bed.

No late evening movie start times offered. I didn’t like the twin beds, thought they should’ve been a full size .

The room was large and comfortable. Fully supplied kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a living room with a pullout couch. We had a group of ladies enjoying a few days in beautiful Newport. We were all very happy with the resort.

The complex is under going renovations, which we were notified about well before. The pool and hot tub were closed and the building was being resided. The construction was not too disruptive as we were out most of the day when the work was going on.

The townhome was large enough and had a very comfortable bed with tvs in each room. The full size kitchen was also very convenient. The location was superb as we were attending an event on goat island which was right around the corner.

There seemed to be a leak of some kind in the hallway leading to our townhome which meant there were industrial fans blowing constantly. Inside the townhome the showers were a bit difficult to reach the correct temperature and water pressure. The upstairs bathroom especially since the water was coming out of the shower head and faucet simultaneously. There was no way to correct it.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location to downtown and activities was excellent. We enjoyed swimming in the pool outside while it was freezing outside. The water temperature was perfect. The pool could use some updating, and the jacuzzi was hot, but the jets didn't work. That was disappointing. Overall, I was very pleased with this place and I plan to return.

The pool area outside is looking old and the jets on the hottub didn't work.

Location, size of appartment, the quality (comfort) of the beds and rental price were all better than we had anticipated.

The staff were affective and did all that we asked of them, but possibly without too much pleasure. The shower in the separate shower room did not work, but we all used the other one quite happily.

The unit we stayed in was clean and roomy. We liked the amenities that were offered. Great location!

We were only able to use the streaming service on the tv the first night of our stay. This service was not able to be accessed on our second and third nights of our stay. We called the 855 number on the screen and the front desk for assistance but it was not able to be resolved.

I absolutely love everything about this property. We can only get away during winter & early spring & this is where we always go. The staff is wonderful, always so friendly & go above & beyond. The rooms.. I can not say anything negative. They are absolutely perfect. The pool & hot tubs are our favorite.

There is nothing I do not like.

Nice room layout - we had the 2 bedroom - 2 bath suite. with the kitchen living area space in between the two bedrooms. We did not use the pool or other amenities during our stay. Hotel was a bit of a walk to the wharf and the shops but do able. grounds were secure - we saw a security guard patrolling every night.

we were on the 2nd floor - our room faced the wharf - there was a lot of street noise from people walking by late at night and fishermen early in the morning - it was loud enough to wake you up or keep you awake at night. The water pressure in the toilets is very low causing the toilet to clog easily.

The room was very spacious and well appointed. The pool was also great, we enjoyed swimming outdoors in the month of February! The hot tubs were great too!

The little arcade indoors is a rip off, but that was a minor thing.

We had no breakfast. The location was excellent.

Having no hot water(finally fixed) could not control the air conditioner. Very cold in the room. However, the rooms were very clean. I would visit again.
