the breakfast was good. Centrally located in the lobby

Our first night we had a problem with the room. Staff was very friendly and changed our room the next day. No problem. Through out the rest of our stay there seemed to to very loud guests fighting in the room next door, barking dogs and children running up and down the hallways. These are unusual for this hotel we have stayed here several times. The chair in the room is very uncomfortable. I would have liked to upgrade the room but was unable to because it was booked through a booking site rather than direct.

Easy access in and out. It was fairly quiet. The rooms were large and comfortable. The street does not have a street sign and did have an issue finding the hotel the first day.

The only thing I had an issue with was at check-in. The young woman was slightly rude and not so polite. I am a little hard of hearing, and I did not hear all of her instructions. She didn't even smile or welcome us. Everyone else from your staff was exceptionally pleasant and kind.

Staff was professional, proximity to downtown, and breakfast was great

We got lost the first time because we did not see the hotel's sign. It was confusing to which street to turn, and we passed it and turned around. I suggest that the hotel should have sign on the main street to let new customers know exactly where the hotel's entrance is as it can get confusing especially y after driving hours.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They’ve answered questions about the area. The room attendant is awesome and always checking to make sure we have everything we need. We couldn’t ask for better service.

Only negative thing I can think of is finishing the bathroom wall and the flooring in the room needs a little attention.

We were greeted well at the front desk. We were only there for one night but everything was fine. Room was clean, breakfast was decent, pool was nice.

Getting to the hotel was a slight hiccup. There wasn’t a sign that I saw on the road and I did miss the first turn and have to circle back because the hotel isn’t visible directly from the main road it’s slightly back off the road just a bit.

The breakfast was excellent and I loved the pool. Location was ideal for me and I liked the view from my room. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Staff were strictly professional and could of been a little more friendly and personable. And even though I sought to make cleaning easy for the housekeeper they did not clean my room as I asked

very convenient and very clean.

Our room was very spacious but lacked some conveniences. only one waste basket. Bathroom had small counter with no place to put extra towels and toilet tissue except on that counter. There was absolutely no place to put soap, shampoo in shower. I think it should be equipped with some shelves in bathroom for extras and also some type of shelf in shower since bathroom was so large. There was no rack in bedroom to put luggage on. Other than that, the room was very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this location several times last year in between visiting different campgrounds in the Appalachians, and it was great for us. They welcomed our dog and always made us feel at home. I am pleased to say that our stay this year was EVEN BETTER -- the few issues that we had last year were improved and we were so happy that we decided to stay here again. Having eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy at breakfast was amazing.

the people were great! the second room was great! not so much the first room.

our first room was not clean…sticks tin the shower, the fustian chair was dirty, the fridge was dirty, the sheets were inside out, after seeing the rest of the room we thought maybe they just turned the dirty sheets over and put them back on the bed! sort of made us wonder even though the second one looked clean…they did move us

Great staff and close to anything you want if looking for food.All kinds of retail stores for shopping.excellent hot breakfast bar and coffee offered all day in lobby. Inside pool and work out room a bonus for many..

Carpet on second floor smells bad.several of visitors noticed it.
