I highly recommend Cedar Lodge. My family will definitely be staying here again. Its awesome that for the price of a decent hotel room, you can stay here and have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen area. The amount of space, cleanliness, amenities, and proximity to everything on the main strip makes this place an Excellent place to stay.

The only problem we had was that the parking passes were not in the unit when we got there. But as soon as we contacted Vacasa, they brought one to us the next morning.

There was no breakfast. We have stayed at Cedar Lodge many times...but this time we stayed in a different unit. The unit itself was not as nice as previous ones we stayed at and needed a lot of repairs, but overall we love staying at Cedar Lodge and would stay again.

The unit we stayed in was more run down, the door was almost off the hinges and the carpet had gum in it that wouldn't come out and needed cleaned, so there were little things that we were concerned with but overall we love Cedar Lodge and would stay in it again, just not in this same unit.

The location is right off parkway. Close enough to everything yet far enough from the noise. The covered parking area was a plus as it was so hot. The condo is beautifully decorated and large enough for a family to have room. Enjoyed having a jetted tub in room.

The light in the main bathroom apparently didn’t work correctly and if you closed the door you were in the dark. The outside door was extremely difficult to open and close. On our last day the elevator was broken for most of the day and being on the 5th floor was very inconvenient.

I loved there was a tub with jets. Kitchen was fully stock, fireplace. The place was just right for a vacation. If we didn’t want to see the attractions we could have very well stayed in the room and been satisfied,

I wish there was a gym, so I wouldn’t miss any workout days.

Quiet , comfortable

The code didn’t work to get in and had to call to get lock box code. I have never seen a code so long. I have a keyless lock of the same brand at home and it has four numbers . The people beside us were having the same problem!

Beds were VERY comfortable, ac worked great. Atmosphere inside was comfortable and the river right outside with all the ducks was calming. So very close to everything in town and a super short drive to Gatlinburg. So many fun things to do!!!

Being on the top floor with old railings was a little nerve-wracking. Missing toilet paper holder and towel rack were a little less than comfortable, but not joy-killers.

the beds we pretty uncomfortable libeling like sleeping on the ground the couch was much more comfortable

3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, the water and sounds of the water behind building. everything you need for your stay. the location was good.

the code to get in the door to long. no one in the office. you have to message another company and they got a hold of someone local.

The room had plenty of room, was clean and stocked with paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper which doesn't always happen. Overall a great place.

There was only 4 towels but we had 6 guest. The fire place was putting out heat even though we didn't turn it on and couldn't find anywhere to turn it off. So it was a little warm in the room. But overall it was a great place.
