It was clean, great location, comfortable beds.

Needs better pillows, the Capet in room 216 needs to be fixed instead of just putting black tape on it to hold it down.

great location for dollywood & walking around & for food. also the staff was truly amazing they went above and beyond. i believe it is run by a family, they were all so kind thank you! they even helped us open our bottle of wine without an opener and when we went back for help with the second bottle they had gone to get a wine opener. very very thoughtful! my mom and i had a great mother daughter trip thank you for the memories :)

It was very clean! And every day there was housekeeping. It was also in a great location and not a bad drive from the national park. The room was spacious and the shower had amazing water pressure. The fridge was also big and got very cold.

The blankets were a little thin, so I was glad I brought my own. The stairs were a little uneven, which was mostly fine since I have no walking difficulty, but maybe someone else wouldn't like it. And the microwave was a little bit small.

Great location. Awesome stay for the price!

The only thing was there was some mold in the corner of the shower.

There was a towel left in our room behind the door from the previous person.

Don't let the outside fool you! They have completely renovated the inside of the rooms. The beds were so soft and comfortable and honestly the best beds I've had in a hotel in a while!! The bathrooms were like brand new and pretty good size bath and the toilet wasn't short and was a normal size one which my husband appreciated lol. It was also super close to food with waffle house next door and cracker barrel across the street. It was also a HUGE PLUS that it is next to the light to turn for Dollywood which made going there super easy and quick!

Loved the location. Was super close by everything in pigeon forge and less than 20 minutes away from the strip in Gatlinburg. Room was nice and clean with upgrades like the dark wood headboards and flat screen TV. The design of the bathroom was kind of weird. It’s super tiny but we were only there for one night so it’s no big deal. No issues with any bugs or anything. Very clean. Would stay again the next time I visit the smokies.

Great location and very nice staff! They are remodeling and we had a room that had already been done I think and it was great! It was also quiet at night.

The air conditioner was noisy but not too bad.

We enjoyed our stay the location was excellent for where we needed to be. Having a Waffle House next door was nice to be able to walk to, also dinner at Captain Jim's buffet was nice to walk to.

The mattress wasn't the most comfortable, one of the beds hurt my back so we moved to the other bed and it was a little better. The Wifi wouldn't work in the room very well so I had to sit in front of the window with my laptop or outside on a chair. I think they need to invest in a stronger signal.
