Close to everything, but off the parkway so it was a little less traffic to and from hotel. Quiet. Nice clean, spacious rooms with fireplace and jetted tub and separate vanities. After a long day out enjoying the area, The jetted tub was great. I didn’t get the chance to use the fireplace, but it looked nice. Hotel employees were polite. Hotel was clean with amazing views, the mountains on the front side of the hotel and the river view, from your own private balcony on the back side. Hotel had a nice fire pit that you sit around in rocking chairs and talk to other guests visiting the hotel. Hotel also has a pool, but I didn’t use, but looked clean. Hotel had a nice breakfast with Coffee and Juices. Eggs, Sausage, Biscuits & Gravy. Fruit, Yogurt and cereal. Oh and I can’t forget about the Bear Waffles and Syrup. A Great Stay. I Will Stay Again.

Nothing.

Excellent on both questions

Reported a safety issue to the desk regarding the ramp leading to the elevator. When approaching the elevator from the hotel side, you don't know there is a drop off because the warning stripes are only on the inside of the ramp. Very visible when approaching from the front of the hotel but not from the other side by the hotel itself. May have passed a building inspection but won't do much good from a liability lawsuit if someone stumbles and falls as a result of not seeing the drop off. Just a suggestion to put the same warning strips on TOP of that same edge where the strips are now. See photo

Excellent hotel!!😊 This was our first time staying at the Twin Mountain Inn & Suites and we were pleasantly surprised! It's immaculate, beds are new and comfortable and all rooms have a balcony with a view of the Little Pigeon River. It's very quiet and pet friendly yet doesn't smell like pets or disinfectants like many other hotels. The staff are kind and courteous, breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, muffins, yogurt and cereal . Coffee and juice are 24/7. Location was perfect too.

No complaints at all .

Was very clean and well kept. The balcony view was amazing especially getting to see the geese, ducks, groundhogs and skunk. Fireplace was nice. Location to the strip and attractions was close.

Staff were like "robots" when checking in. Was like they were reading from a script and rushing even though we were the only ones checking in at the time. Wanted to tell the staff at check out how pleased we were but they were not interested in hearing what we had to say. Maybe a little more friendlier and some enthusiasm to guests.

The bed and the other furniture was extremely comfortable, the room was spacious. I had an amazing view of a creek from my balcony, with the sounds of nature to sooth me. There was plenty of good dining around me to utilize, and it was great. The room was clean, the air smelled fresh, and other than a bump or two during the day it was very quiet and peaceful. The Wi-Fi was great, and the staff was helpful in helping me check in and our.

The only thing that I found negative was the controls on the HVAC, it got the room a little cold during the night. I brought this up with the staff, and they promised to report it to maintenance on Monday. While the room was slightly cold, it was still not at all uncomfortable. I actually struggled to find something negative about my stay.

This place was very nice, comfortable, & very relaxing. I highly recommend to anyone visiting. We came down early to get ahead of the traffic since it was a holiday weekend & loved how this was right n the middle of everything, but couldn’t even hear the busy traffic only the sound of the relaxing river from our balcony. We will b back to stay longer. The breakfast, staff & amenities was great also. Thanks for the amazing hospitality.

There’s nothing I seen wrong with anything.

Staff, location, clean, safe

My only complaint is the floors. Even though the room was clean, our feet were black from walking on the carpet. I don’t know if it was due to a cleaner they used or if the carpet needs a good cleaning. I also wish they would have vacuumed while we were there. My child crushed up some goldfish crackers in the floor. We picked up as much as we could. But the floor was never vacuumed. We stayed 7 nights and dealt with crackers in the carpet several nights.

The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond! Sadly, I witnessed a disgruntled guest yelling at the front desk gentleman regarding the elevator that had just gone out. Within minutes the repair man was there working diligently to get the elevator back working but this guest insisted on yelling and cursing at the employee. The employee never raised his voice, he remained calm and apologetic assuring the guest that every measure was being taken to get this resolved immediately. I felt bad for the employee because this guest would not stop and then proceeded to just stand and stare at him... The front desk gentleman was a rock star!

Great location, really close to Dollywood and the main strip. Loved that we had a balcony with a view of the river. Room was really spacious with two basins. Tv in the room and a fridge too. We didn’t use the swimming pool or fire pit in the end but they looked great. You do need a car to get round pigeon forge so having a free parking space at the hotel was brilliant. Breakfast was simple but did the job :) it was our honeymoon and they left us a little note and chocolates! Really nice touch

We always try to stay in a cabin when we come to Pigeon Forge. But, since this was going to be such a quick trip with a visit to Dollywood, we decided to just get a hotel room. I am so glad we did! Location is awesome. Everything was awesome! I would have loved to have been able to use the fireplace, but it wasn't quite cold enough. The rooms are a GREAT size. Much better than a hotel that has 2 beds and you have to squeeze through the room. Our 2 year old granddaughter had room to run and jump around without feeling confined!
