Everything was very clean. Everything that we needed in the kitchen and for laundry was provided. Great location.

The initial check in lady was rude and very short. The rest of the staff was pleasant. No family amenities/activities to enjoy in the cold at this location. Didn’t realize that we would have to drive back and forth to be able to use the game room.

Everything! I feel like I was spoiled by Bluegreen Parkside. This resort just raised the bar for my future travels. The staff was so friendly! The pool was fantastic... you'll never want at a boring rectangular pool again... This resort has a river shaped pool with little alcoves off it with a slide for the little ones and a bubble massage area, and the kids can enter the pool from a slow slope off the spinkler park! My daughter said the pool water felt like cream on her skin, and I have to say she was right!!! The accommodations were so clean and comfortable. It had everything you could need. In fact, the villa was beautiful, better than I expected. I will definitely recommend this resort to my friends and co-workers and it will definitely be my go-to for future visits. Thank You Bluegreen for a fantastic vacation!!!

This isn't a "I didn't like," but just so some are aware for planning your visit. It is further away from the center of Williamsburg if that is important to you. It is closer to Bush Gardens and Water County USA!

Blue Green Parkside was perfect for our family. We booked a 2 room unit for 5 adults. We also used the sofa bed. Everything was spotless from the beds to the bathroom and the kitchen and living area. It has everything you need to come back from a long day in Williamsburg and cook up a meal. The location was convenient to Busch Gardens (literally across the street) Colonial Williamsburg (5 minutes) and Jamestown and Yorktown (20 minutes). The pool and game room were a lot of fun too! We will definitely be staying here again someday!

There was nothing we didn’t like!

While we did not have the breakfast, we did appreciate the updated furniture, styling, decor, and upgraded appliances. The bathrooms were very nicely finished, especially the mirrors with the built-in lighting.

Not much could be better, but if I had to nit-pick it would be the bathrooms could use some refreshing. Meaning, caulking the shower and tub pans again, and bleaching the grout between the floor tiles. Some of the door handles were loose also. Lastly, the TV system was slow and clumsy, but we weren't there to watch TV.

My 16 y/o Grand-Daughter and I loved the 2 seperate bedrooms. One bedroom had a king size bed with an ensuite-double sink and large walk in shower. I got that room, but let her use the walkin shower. She had a queen bed with a bathroom right outside her bedroom door. Kitchen had everything you could need, stove, microwave, disherwasher, dishes, glassware, ect and as you enter the Villa, there was a hall closet with a stackable washer/dryer. There is a good size balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. From my balcony I could see several tall rides st Busch Gardens. Not sure if this is good or bad for other quests, but there is a train track across the street from the Resort and CSX Trains go by often. Day/Night...mostly day. It didn't bother us. My Grand-Daughter wanted to live there! Me too, IF, they rented that way....and allowed pets. I have 2 fur baby cats!

A tiny thing we didn't like, but would not stop us from going again in the future, was when watching TV, the picture would sometimes freeze a bit. BTW, in addition to a large TV in the livingroom, there was a TV/remote in each bedroom.

We were allowed to check in early and were greeted by three staff members who were extremely friendly and informative about local attractions and restaurants. The two bedroom villa was gorgeous and comfortable and had everything and more that we needed.

I didn't like that we had to leave! My mother and I wish we had more than two days to stay. This was a short trip, but we hope to return later this year for a longer trip and with more of the family with us.

They were very friendly and helpful in answering any questions we had. We got there early and could not get into our rooms yet and we asked if they had any picnic tables so we could fix our lunch and they didn't but said we could go into the pool area where there were tables & chairs to have a picnic lunch. They also called us when our rooms were ready!!!

Wow! A whole condo for the price of a hotel room! A master suite with full bath. Another bathroom, full kitchen with pots and pans, kitchenware and more; living room, balcony with table, dining area, washer/dryer, and all the little things you love in a hotel room: new soaps and little shampoo & conditioner bottles, coffee packets, and more!

I wasn't crazy about the decor, but that's personal taste. Overall, everything was super!

Great, comfortable apartment with two full bedrooms/bathrooms and well-stocked kitchen and balcony. Kids loved the pool slide and game room. Right across the street from Busch Gardens but the busy road and train tracks mean you have to drive to the park, about 10 minutes. Not super close to restaurants but just a short drive away.

the location was good, the apartment was very spacious, we suite bathroom was huge, beds were comfortable, and the facilities were great

the floors were not very clean, carpets had some stains and wood floors had deep dirt, our white socks or barefoot would get dirty quickly. Also, there could be some minimal condiments such as oil, seasonings… that usually are available in rental units…
