Loved that it was close to Family and Friends in the area. KIDS ENJOYED the Indoor Pool to swim. Loved all the Staff's conversations and always asking if there was anything needed. Breakfast staff is AWESOME & made it even more a wonderful reason to get up early for breakfast.

I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was nice and very clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful. Our breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. They had cookies and popcorn in the evenings for free. This was a very nice hotel. A great place and location for the price. I would highly recommend!

Loved the free soup in the evening. It was chili the night I was there and it was delicious and hit the spot! Breakfast was very good too. Room was clean, great bed and nice tv selection.

It was a little hard to find as my navigation system could not locate the address and I had to call for directions.

The location was convenient and easy to access. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There was an excellent selection of breakfast foods(fresh fruit, bagels, 2 types of bread for toast, biscuits, gravy, eggs, potatoes, cooked apples with cinnamon, and this was just some of what was available) and it was fresh, hot, and good. We were very pleasantly surprised at this Hotel, and we will definitely stay again when we are in Charleston!

The machine that dispenses juice broke on our last morning there.😔

Breakfast was very nice and had a nice variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The facility also offers soup in the evening along with snack popcorn which was a very nice addition. The room along with the facility was clean and quiet. The fitness center offered a treadmill, bike, and elliptical. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay at this location again.

Breakfast was delicious and the sweet lady maintaining the buffet is always a joy in the morning. The lady working the front desk upon our arrival offered us a steaming hot container of soup. What a pleasant surprise that was. The hotel was spotless and I would recommend for anyone to stay here.

Very clean, nice, newer hotel. Close to restaurants, gas. Laundry room in hotel, swimming pool. The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful There was chili and crackers to eat and cookies were put out later. Coffee/ tea was available in the lobby too

we have continued to book at this location and love it! super close to the complex we attend, perfect location for good food finds, rooms are always clean, King beds are comfy, breakfast is amazing, we love the hot chocolate bar and fresh popcorn for the littles with us !

My wife and I are both mobility challenged (I am in a wheelchair).When I called, I requested a handicapped room. We were given a double size room, which was very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we visit Charleston again, we plan to stay at Sleep Inn.

Everything about the stay was lovely! The room was exceptionally clean! Staff incredibly friendly, they even gave out popcorn and cookies at there social hour! It was great!
