super central location, cool decor, nice staff

every day at 7:30am there is an exercise class in the public park outside the hotel that plays loud music, which woke us in the mornings as our window faced the park - ask for a room not facing the park if you plan to sleep in and are a light sleeper!

This hotel is centrally located nearby the Hoan Khiem Lake where thousands of restaurants, pubs, Spas, cafes are within walking distance, very convenient for tourists to settle everything within this area, day and night without fail

As it is centrally located, there will be millions of people and vehicles gathering around the hotel day and night also, not mentioning during the New Year Eve, the roof top bar have been bomb blasted with disco music loud until early morning, where we just stayed below one level were badly affected, but given this is a New Year Eve, we don't mind for such inconvenience also

The location is ideal, rooms are very nice, as is the hotel itself, spa was great. But the best part was staff. They are super friendly, helpful and willing to work on their mistakes.

we had a room facing the lake, we thought it would be quite, but on the contrary it turned out to be a bit noisy - starting from some workout sessions to the loud music right under our windows at 6am, to the noises of the street throughout the day and up to late at night. the restaurant and breakfast was so so we had an issue with an extremely loud music coming from the roof top bar where someone held a private party. it felt like you were trying to sleep on the dance floor right in front of the speakers. staff couldn’t apologize enough which was nice, but I really hope that it’s not a common practice from their part.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!!! Everything perfect from check-in to check-out. Lovely clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with a very effective and daily different "special of the day". Sky bar probably the best in Hanoi. Original cocktails that are really delicious and have power! However, the hotel staff deserves special mention. Exceptional service at the highest level. Always smiling, kind and willing to help in any matter and at any time. And a person who deserves a separate chapter of this entry. Rose. A wonderful person who was with us from the very beginning and was helpful throughout the stay, not only in matters relating to the hotel. If you are reading this hotel management then you should know that the mother is a real treasure among these. You should take care of it and do everything not to have it! Reward! a great location to explore Hanoi, the hotel is very close to all tourist attractions (walking distance or 3$ Grab ride). It felt so good to cozy up in our comfy rooms after a day in the heat exploring the city. The team are very friendly and caring, made is feel welcome and made our stay even better than expected. I wasn’t feeling my best when I arrived to the Hotel, Rose made sure to organise for some tea and fruits to help me recover. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast included great variety of local and intercontinental food options. The sky bar had a great view over the lake, perfect ambience, and super good drinks.

Very clean and modern with the French style decor. The staff are very courteous and the location is fantastic. Right next to Hoan Kiem lake and the old quarter.

The roads in front of the hotel are closed to vehicles on Thursday - Sunday when the night markets are on, but this isn’t a major inconvenience. If you are begging picked up or dropped off from the hotel on a day trip you only need to walk a few minutes from a pick-up/drop-off point. The hire also didn’t have a pool, but we were busy during our entire stay so likely wouldn’t have used it anyway.

I and my friends stayed in La Sinfonia Del Ray Hotel and Spa for 4 nights. We received amazing hospitality. The staff is extremely helpful... Rose and Quan went out of the way to provide all the help and a superb service. They also arrange tour packages to Halong Bay and other places, which were very comfortable. The hotel is near the lake and there are good shopping markets near the hotel... the location is very good. We are from India and had brought our ready to eat packages which they readily heated for us. The rooms were clean and the hotel is beautiful.

The service from the staff is impeccable. I felt i had received twice the value i had paid for. The staff running the place on 5-6 May went out their way to ensure we get all the help we need with our logistics arrangement. All staff were very attentive with all the guests in the hotel.

We had 2 rooms next to each other and the air-con was not running in one room while the other was very cold despite turning fan speed to the lowest and temp to 24. As it was already past midnight when we got in we decided not to call front desk. We provided our feedback to the ground staff the next morning.

This is my first stay in Hanoi, my first time in Vietnam. When we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink, and a smile. We relaxed with our drink as they checked us in. We asked questions about Vietnam and the staff were so helpful and actually sat down to chat with us about what we wanted to know. We needed laundry done. They washed and folded and put it in our room, before we made it back from the day’s activities. I think this is one of my very favorite places I’ve ever stayed, and I would love to come back and stay again!

Location is great (assuming not weekend) Breakfast view and decor is great. Breakfast food is good. The beds are very comfortable. Staff was very attendive and helpful. I liked the dark bathroom decor (though maybe not everyone would agree). Rooftop bar (only srinks) - great view and vibes..

Room was a bit small. I paid more for a room with a window. There was a window but it couldn't be opened. So... it was somewhat misleading. It was a back room so there was no noise from outside. However, there was no isolation from the corridor. Guests woke me up at 6:30am. There was a little too much pressure to leave a positive review.
