The room was well taken care of, very clean, love the vaulted ceilings, dimmer light/chandelier. A/C works great. The motel is also well situated within the city, with many restaurants, gas stations, and shopping within walking distance. There is no designated or reserved parking, however I didn not find this an issue. Lots of room in the parking lot as well. I did not use the pool, however it looked well maintained.

There was a slight issue with the bathroom sink. The plug needed to be held open using a finger for the water to drain. Also, I'm not sure if this was by design, but the floors are angled and slope towards the middle of the room. As I said it's only a slight angle, but definitely noticeable.

The room was spacious, to say the least. It was well equipped with a mini-kitchen area, and even had a mini-backyard. The breakfast was exceptional, with everything from eggs to cereals. Coffee was available throughout the day. Charlottetown, right down the road from the motel, is a lovely homey city with lots to do, see and eat! The surrounding countryside is particularly interesting, giving the visitor a chance to experience some day-to-day life in PEI. The wifi was reliable.

The toilet required two flushes each time.

We went to PEI to have a family vacation with our grown children and their children. We did what we set out to do

Rooms were scattered but they advised because of what types of rooms we selected. We managed. But 1 room due to the hard rain that fell for 2 days was flooding. There was nothing they could do to one of the rooms. No refunds nor partial. No coming to put towels down. By the end of our stay the water creeped across the entire room which was 2 queen beds.

They exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and decided to see if we would be able to check in. They said our room wasn't ready yet. Which we completely understand. Therefore we told them no problem we would be back later. We mentioned it was our anniversary and my husband's birthday and once we came back and checked in they had a surprise in our room which was extremely nice of them! A bottle of wine and a gift certificate to their restaurant! They also upgraded our room. Very friendly staff! Clean and nice room! 👌 We were very happy with our stay! Definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you guys!

Breakfast was included, and they had a good selection. The price was great for my stay. I love that my car was parked at my door, it made me feel more secure having it right there. The staff were excellent.

I could hear people walking around in the rooms next to me, not that it was a big deal. The bed in my room fell a couple inches, so it was slanted lol it didn't stop me from sleeping in it. Wish they used comforters instead of thin blanket and sheets. I used the spare blanket for extra comfort. Room was a bit cold and took a long time to heat up.

Earlier communication with all the staff was very good, and the check-in was fairly flawless. Same thing with checking out. Generally, the staff were helpful and efficient and how they handled things.

I do not know if the front desk staff simply didn't like their jobs, but I would have to say they were more efficient than friendly. Anyone else we bumped into seem to be a very nice, if not overworked.

Breakfast was great. Was not expecting many hot items. Pleasant surprise. We enjoyed sitting in muskoka chairs outside of pool area under the big tree. More comfortable than the picnic tables. Nice large green space. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Counters were a little small to hold toiletries in bathroom. Receptionist wasn’t sure what happy hour meant. Maybe sign could include drink of the day or half price info rather than just time of 3-6 pm.

The room was nice and tidy. The bed was very comfy and the air-conditioning was a great bonus. The pool was clean. It was conveniently located

They had advertising for 10% off at the bar during our stay, but we didn't receive it. No one asked if we were staying at the hotel. They needed a credit card to put on hold In case of any damages, but this wasn't mentioned on the booking website. Thankfully the young man working was able to come up with a solution. The free breakfast was a but strange. We only had sausages, toast/bagel, yogurt or cereal. After we finished eating they brought out more eggs for the next bunch of people.

Nice rooms lots to offer ..free water bottles were a lovely touch and clean :)

Breafast could have been better sausages not so wonderful .....and the 200 deposit being taken off my card and the later to be given back had me concerned :/ ...they should have someone check the room before we leave so we could get the 200 back right away instead of being told to wait 6 hours to 2 days :/ that didnt make me feel at ease :(

Breakfast was included and was really good . The staff were friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again on future visits to the island . It rained all weekend so we dod not get a chance to try the outdoor pool. Hotels in PEI are ridiculously and needlessly expensive , we found the rates here better than most other locations .
