Quality Inn & Suites Raleigh Durham Airport

Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Loved that we coudl leave our vehicle there for a reduced rate while flying and get it when we came back. Also, when we got back to Raleigh Airport, the shuttle driver came immediately and picked us up, then delivered us directly to our car.

Cleanliness

It could have been exceptional if there are at least 2 water bottles in the rm and coffee pods/brew which typically most hotels provide. There are sugars and cream, coffee maker but theres no coffee. Not much of an issue for us. The rm is clean and the staffs are nice and friendly 😊

Everyone was pleasant and the accommodations were very good. We had everything we needed, including an ironing board and an iron. We did not see a breakfast though, but we had gotten up late and could have missed it. We ate elsewhere and it was fine. There was hot coffee. We liked it so much that we have booked our return flight because it is near the airport and the accommodations were so good!

The staff are very friendly. The shuttle service hours are very generous, as well! The bed that I slept in in the handicap accessible room was extremely comfortable.

The lower quality of the food.

When we registered, there was an issue with the elevator and the young lady behind the counter insisted that she bring up the luggage with my husband. She also wanted to help us with the luggage when we were ready to leave the hotel. And the room was exceptionally clean and so very comfortable. The sheets felt like heaven! Everything was lovely!

I didn't like it that I had to pay $112.00 for my car to sit on there lot for 2 weeks when the purpose of staying there to be shuttle to airport and back without paying for it.

For the money I spent for this room it was well worth it! Like extremely worth it. I was the only one on my floor, it was super quiet, and I had a pizza delivered right to my door! OH, also upon check-out the gentleman at the front desk gave me little baggy of snacks and a water. Very thoughtful!

The ice machine on my floor wasn't working. And the bathroom light / fan is super loud. But really I didn't mind at all! No big deal!!

The bed was extremely comfortable

I paid the fee to leave my car there but wasn't told that the shuttle doesn't run all of the time, so I paid for a 3 day pass and then had to pay for an Uber to take me back to my car.

easy to get to once you get the right address. the confirmation had another address for 25 minutes away but everything else was really good

The lady at the desk was nice. Nearby Wendy's.

There's a $100 deposit required in addition to what you have paid with booking.com. They also add more taxes.
