Quality Inn & Suites on the Bay near Pensacola Beach

We liked that it was good value for the money! We stayed there 2 weeks before school started, (end of July). We paid 20 dollars more per night of a bay view and it was worth it! We were expecting an outdated room but it was not the case, it was totally remodeled! The room was clean and it had plenty of space! The towels were clean, the tv worked perfectly, and the shower had hot water( we were worried since we read in some previous reviews that the hotel had cold water) just needed to let the water run for a couple of minutes and the hot water came! The hotel has a private beach, but it had trash, we assumed that it was from the previous night, cause you can stay there during the night, we saw people fishing at night. The water at the bay at times had a bad odor but it was not a hotel's fault, we enjoyed spending some of the morning there before heading to Pensacola Beach. My kids love the pool, but to me it had a lot of chlorine. The breakfast was ok, they had eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, muffins, juice, waffles and yogurt, nothing special, it was ok. The housekeeping came on Friday but since we arrived really late the previous night we put a sign of not disturb, and they put a note inside the deadbolt mentioning that they came but they didn't bother, we really liked that, and also it said if we needed anything we just needed to ask!. Overall it was good value We will definitely come back.

Maybe more options at breakfast, we eat the same for 3 days in a row. And clean the Beach area in the morning.

The location was good being between Pensacola Beach and Downtown. They had a decent breakfast of Waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, bread, muffins. Nice view of the ocean with small beach area and outdoor pool.

The outside and bathroom door both had paint chipping and were dirty looking. At first glance the place seemed a bit sketchy, but turned out to be a pretty nice place. Bathroom ceilings are pretty low. If you are taller than 6 foot you will have to duck in the shower the whole time.

The staff was friendly and addressed our problems immediately. ( Our cable lost signal and within 5 minutes the maintenance came and put in a new cord which fixed it!) The location is beautiful, the pool was great for my two year old and although small, the private beach was great for our short stay. Also, the restaurant had live music at night and an excellent staff.

Bathroom is small and the soap dish didn’t stay on the side of the shower and the drain plug was falling apart (although still worked). There is no elevator which made it difficult to get all my luggage to the second floor. NO hot breakfast as advertised in the description:( The location is right at the end of the CLOSED bridge which made travel to the airport 45 min vs 20.

Love the location. It was like 1min from Starbucks and Walmart and like 3-5 minutes to the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Shaun in housekeeping . We were able to see dolphins from the property. Which made it so neat. Love the little beach area.

There were no elevators. Also it was a little hard to to get down to beach area. Our room ended up being close to stairs so it worked out . I was able to get to beach area just might be hard for older people or people with handicaps.

Over all, I enjoyed that stay at the quality inn and suites. I did not get up for the hot breakfast so I do have commentary about the quality. Room was clean and smelled nice!I loved that the hotel was right off the bay with its own little beach. Unfortunately the wooden lawn chair have not been very well maintained did not lay on one because I did nit want to get a splinter. I loved that there was a nice walking trail near by and local grills and bars within walking distance. Pensacola beach was literally 5 mins away in car. Beautiful beautiful beaches.

The shower could if been in better condition, but it functioned! I suppose that is all that matters!

Omelet, meat patties, kind of oatmeal, soft belgian waffles, milk, yogurt, fresh juice and apples We expected to have more noise from the nearby road, but, probably because our room was a bit away, it was pretty quiet.

Our room was connected to the neighbor's room by a thin door with a single latch. This did not feel safe.

Would have been great if weather had been good. Not your fault. They changed our room when the lock wouldn't work. It was next door but a better room. The Jamaican ladies working there were great!

Beach approach. Have leg problem and could hardly get down there. But then it was too cold anyway.

Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Friendly staff!!! Pool area was awesome!

Two small complaints 1st, (the a/c only went down to 72) 2nd, (the toilet kept running had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop). Other than that it was a wonderful place. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Friendly staff!!!

.I like the people at the desk. We checked in late on monday. The girl that worked that night was excellant. She helped us out so much. She carried our luggage up the steps. We went when weather wasn't warm, so we could only sit by the pool. But it was clean .There were alot of cleaning and painting. Renovating some rooms. They were polite when we saw them .this place will always be our go to place. It's a great bargain and a beautiful place to be. I can always trust that it will be clean and safe. The restraunt on the other hand is horrible. Food is aweful. It needs chef Ramsey. It would be nice to have a restraunt there that served breakfast. The free breakfast I could never make. It would be nice to not have to leave if I didnt want to. Great stay!! Will be my go to place from now on.

The location was perfect, room was clean, comfy bed. Nikesha at the front desk was exceptional! I have issues with my hip and she made sure we had a 1st floor room with short access to the pool. Pool was clean and there is access to a private beach on the bay. Breakfast was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Nothing really...could use a fresh coat of paint but otherwise clean and comfortable!
