the bed

the refrigerator was awful noisy cuz it was making gurgling noise , we had to open the refrig door to stop the noise . it stopped! what’s wrong with the management not finding out about the refrig. this was our second time to stay at this property. it was the same problem noisy refrigerator. also, IMPORTANT- the electric switch is tight in Biddeford the shower wall—- who ever did the bathroom made a terrible decision to put the electric light switch inside the shower . terrible! lease form the Property that it’s dangerous to have light switch placed to side the shower wall—- inside the shower where people used water to take a shower. we did not use the bathroom shower! we were afraid!

room was large, clean and bed was comfortable. breakfast was great, best waffle I’d had in ages

tv in room was very small. head of maid services “Leonard” was really weird. he came to room multiple times in morning to ask if I needed room cleaned and if I requested it. I told him at check in I was asked about room cleaning and I said I only needed fresh towels and the bed made on Sunday. Sunday morning Leonard came knocking and then knocked again and again. eventually the room was cleaned and it was settled. I’m sure he was just trying to do his job but it was weird.

This was my sixth time to stay here, so I obviously like it. It's just a convenient location for what I like to do in the area, mainly sightseeing and shopping, as well as visiting friends. I like the breakfast options and I also liked having a shower made for handicapped users. While I'm not in a wheelchair, I liked not having a barrier to step over when getting in or out of the shower. The shower also had a flexible shower head on a hose, not a fixed one up on the wall. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

I was disappointed that the large carving of the bear in front of the hotel had disappeared.

the woman in the breakfast area was amazing. she was friendly and on top of everything. at one point she had 4 people wanting waffles and she kept calm and made everyone’s waffle and knew exactly which table to bring it to. she was friendly and had a big smile for everyone. as soon as someone left their table she was over there cleaning and wiping the table down. she also had another woman refill the coffee. that woman completely wiped down the inside of the machine before inserting the new box. very impressed. everything was very clean.

the water was cold for a long time and when showering we never turned the cold on and it was still lukewarm. also called office because tv would not work. we got “no signal” across the screen. we were told there was nothing they could do that there were too many people on the Wi-Fi and someone would like at it tomorrow. well that didn’t help us. so we had NO tv.

I stayed in the family room, it was really big. No one was in each others way while getting ready. The breakfast was included and they had plenty of options.

The hotel is older so I didn’t expect it to be all modern amenities but they could update some of the furniture. The chairs looks a little dirty and the curtain had a hole in it like someone burned it. Still very clean otherwise.

Really great value and close to everything. Very clean. Interesting use of property grounds for grapevines (though only saw off season). Fairly priced vending machines. Good breakfast with very attentive staff.

Though there wasn’t really noise through the walls, or the nearby freeway, there was plenty of noise right through the door at from guests, their pets, their trucks, construction, etc.

Loved the staff, greeted happily! Comfortable beds nice lil refrigerator to keep my drinks cold used freezer to keep things iced so the hot day was not so hot! Breakfast was fantastic and part of the price of the stay 😁

Only thing that I was not so comfortable (ice machine not working) other than that everything was too notch.

Some broken stairs but otherwise parking was easy, staff were super nice and friendly, the breakfast fit the bill, the rooms were very clean and the beds were excellent. A good value and nice experience for this large family on the move. :)

A couple of wonky stairs outside - not a big deal but watch your step.

Comfy bed. Good in room AC. The included breakfast was good with fresh pancakes and waffles served alongside cold options. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Good location with all sorts of restaurants and a costco nearby

The area was a little smelly, like a Stockard, but it didn't impact the room.

I like the location it was quiet and decent area to walk the dog And poop bags available. Liked the breakfast options in the morning. The room was great Loved Plenty of pillows On the bed
