Breakfast was really well done here. The staff in the breakfast area were so efficient and friendly. The area was small though and the added seating was a bit far from the actual service room. Beds were comfortable in the room. Nice to have fridge and microwave. Location was perfect. Near to all we needed to get to.

Pool a bit small. Our room was facing the back parking lot and we would hear people revving their snow machines. Heat was difficult to regulate in the rooms. Maybe a bit pricey stay. Hotel is a bit outdated.

It was a very nice hotel.. It was clean and everything we could hope for except the room was not as picture on the net. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and accommadating.

The room set up. My wife is disabled and we picked a room that had a small sofa so she could sit comfortably but I must say they did try to fix it by bring in an easy chair from the lobby for her! It fit the bill and good enough for our time we were able to spend there.It was

clean, comfortable, very kid friendly, clean pool and hot tub, amazing breakfast; breakfast cooks/staff made you feel like home. All in all phenomenal experience! Definitely will continue to be our goto for our winter vacation stay.

There is just a few twitches that could be done. If hotel is busy pool towels should be kept up on so we have clean towels to dry off with. and maybe just a little updating with the rooms. But honestly this hotel was the best hotel we have ever been to with zero issues🥰

Place was clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were well laid out. Nice big pool and hotub. Loved having a sink and mirror in the main room as well as the one in the bath. They had a full on breakfast which was really nice hot food was very tasty. Staff was really friendly.

This is a super minor because our expectations are low in this area, as a family with food allergies, it would be nice if there were more allergy friendly options with breakfast. They had some so really not a complaint!

Staff great. Room very clean and well kept. Nice breakfast, the gentleman that was tending to the breakfast was Joe a wonderful young man, made everyone feel special, brought coffee and water around and visited everyone along with refilling the breakfast items, his friendly and outstanding attitude made my day!

We weren't able to use the pool or hot tub either day that we had stayed because there were to many screaming kids in there it doesn't seem to be a very big area would be nice to have maybe a hour or 2 for adults only also children shouldn't be running around the breakfast room and your breakfast lady tried keeping everything full but sometimes people wouldn't move out of her way but complain if she said excuse me what else was she to do . While I understand that the downside of our stay could not be controlled by the staff just thought people would like to know that this place is more for families than empty nester that enjoy a quiet time

we stayed 11/19 to 11/20 and the staff was most exceptional staff we have ever encountered at a hotel. The room was clean and comfortable; pool and hot tub were great; and the breakfast had a great selection. Even the guy working in the breakfast area made sure everyone had what they wanted, kept the tables cleaned off, walked around with the coffee pot, and thanked people for choosing Best Western. We will be returning.

It was an older bidding so sound pricing was Nil. Sounded like work boots on the upstairs room whenever anyone got up. Heard EVERYTHING in got...running calling out knocking on doors especially late at night Got tub was still under repair when we left. I know things are sometimes out of their control but was disappointing not being able to use especially after 2 hard days of skiing I think perhaps a placard in each room telling guests that housekeeping would only be done on request would have been helpful to know

Room had sufficient outlets for electronics. Bed was extremely comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and the women who worked that area kept food fresh and hot. Flavored water, in the lobby, was a nice touch.

My biggest complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was not that great. It took a long time to get shampoo out of my hair.

beds were comfortable, pool area was nice and clean, comfy pillows and great value. great location close to town, Meijer, Walmart Starbucks across the street!

no service had to hunt down your own extra towels. I get when you stay for 5 days you don’t need service every day but every 2 to 3 days would be nice
