Room was larger than expected. Loved the chromecast tv! Bathrooms were clean with great toiletries. The balcony was a great feature as well, would've used it more if it was warmer. The fire pit was definitely my favorite part :)

I loved the mini dog park and the fire pits outside. The pool would be amazing if there was a hot tub too but was very cute with its turf grass and what not. The views are really nice from the second and 3rd floor rooms. The staff was amazing in that i left 3-4 expensive clothing items and realized it later that day and they had saved them all for me which was awesome!

I think some things can be updated in the room such as painting/ putting in working TVs. You could tell it wasn’t suuuuper new and sadly there were splatters of I’m not sure what on the back of our bathroom door... so cleaning could definitely be upped a little! The only other request is a water station to refill your waters. They had the option to at breakfast from a juice machine but i felt bad sitting there and taking up the space just to fill my water.

The staff was amazing. We even received a nice discount when we decided to stay an extra night. The food was great, and the outdoor courtyard with the mountains in the background was a nice touch at breakfast time and at night.

I read it was a buffet so expected an actual meal, not mostly packaged items. Dissipointed in the breakfast.

Did not realize there was a mat for the tub. When I stepped in to take a shower I nearly fell. The mat should have been dropped over the side of the tub, not rolled up under the sink in the back. Tub to slippery.

I loved the view from my little patio. My room was right by the pool and it had the most beautiful veiw of the mountains. I loved sitting out there in the morning drinking my coffee and in the evening taking in the beauty.

For some reason we didn't have service on the TV. And the gym facilities were under construction.

Very comfortable bed. Great view from our room. Pool was great but with limited seating.

Due to COVID rooms not cleaned however staff gave extra towels. Would suggest placing large trash cans so guests can throw away trash. Room was tight for 3 adults.

We LOVED having breakfast outside in the rocking chairs overlooking the Sedona Mountains. There was also plenty of tables and chairs. Other areas with firepits and couches or comfortable chairs. A hidden gem we kind of came upon. Breakfast had many things and others in the refridgerator you could heat up. Wonderful coffee. This is not a large place but it was comfortable. The deck or porch you get gives you a change to sit outside and enjoy that fresh air.

The pool was on the small size. It was loud up front in a restaurant but that ended early. Parking was scarce but there is more in the back. Rooms were small but beds were really comfortable. Slept well.

Convenient location near wine bar with live music, fire pit area. Convenient to restaurants and convenience store. Magnificent views of red rocks.

Our air conditioner made weird noises at night

This was conveniently located to downtown, Red Rock Balloons and some really nice restaurants! It's in the middle of everything. Cottonwood one way and downtown the other.

Great location, very clean and dog friendly. they even have a little fenced space for the dogs.

Rooms are not very sound proof, breakfast is average (but have coffee available at all times) and gym was not available.
