Room size, pool water beautiful and clean easy walk into main areas. Staff brilliant, very courteous and friendly.

Breakfast was a shambles, kids and adults alike a real free for all. Only discovered sunset lounge for breakfast later, more subdued and relaxed. The hotel need an 'Adults only' pool area. The main pool is massive and should just cater for kids or allocate a section of the 'new pool' area, perhaps near the road, just for adults that want to chill/read a book/talk. Both pool bars can get quite rowdy at times.

the property was close to the beach and walking distance to different restaurants.

the swim up pool that just has a ramp, I’m fit and healthy it is very dangerous to get and out. maybe look at putting steps down the side. when we went to check in we were told they they had no air con and hadn’t had any for a few days. we were never notified prior to checking in. it was very hot, We could not stay in a place without a or con. they relocated us up the hill to Wyndham sea & pearl which wasn’t convenient, no restaurants, costing money every time we wanted to go shopping or go down by the water.

loved it room with pool access right at your room quiet area beach access right next door and also buffet breakfeast every morning was excellent

Big room, two big beds, location - everything you need is around you, several swimming pools

Wi-Fi was bad, you constantly need to re-login Juices at the breakfast were powder based, you can do freshly made lemonades / juices and it will be not expensive and more tasty (i.e. watermelon, lemon) coffee is ordinary, not something special. I think hotels of such level can but good coffee machines and make fresh fruit juices

Great location…only 10 minutes to Bangla Rd, and lots to see/buy/eat on the way! Lots of “street food” vendors across the road on the beachfront . Huge breakfast with lots to choose from. Easy access to the parallel street behind the beach front street

not much we didn’t like. We were in rooms in Building 1. Looked recently renovated. I don’t know if other rooms were as nice as ours. We got a good deal booking a few months ahead…

Excellent choices provided for breakfast in the morning, catering for all tastes, gets very busy in the morning service. Room service was efficient and reasonably priced and the hotel staff in general could not be more helpful. Was looking for a hotel that is more family friendly, in this respect an excellent choice, both the location and feeling of being secure and safe. Would certainly return when visiting Phuket again.

Not a lot to say, other than not having enough space to put your clothes away, a small chest of drawers would have made a big difference. Needed some form of a "net", as advised not to keep patio doors open due insects etc, so end up with AC on whilst in the room.

Breakfast was a good variety. Little long of a wait for omelettes, range was ok. Bacon way overcooked for some liking, perhaps some hashbrowns? Location of hotel great for everything. Trips booked were great and pick ups very timely. Overall rooms were good. Comfortable and clean and plenty of space

Room location right next to the beach front restaurant had fumes and exhaust duct right outside our room which was loud and smelly.

We booked the Sunset Deluxe Pool View room. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was very strong. There were 3 adults booked in this room and the hotel took the effort to ensure there were 3 sets of everything, towels, soap, toothbrush etc. The location of this hotel is also something we liked - not too close to all the nightlife but close enough to the beach (it is almost at the end of the road facing Patong beach). Breakfast was good - with a wide variety ranging from breads, hot food, porridge, eggs station, fruits, salad, waffle etc. We also tried out the Grace Spa and the massage was amazing. Would not recommend the facial and manipedi though.

On hindsight, we should've booked the room with the pool access!

It was one of the best hotels I have ever been- you can't compare the resort with Antalya hotels but compare to the price of the rooms it is a very good place to stay. During our stay also AC was not working and hotel staff offered us cooling fan and stay there for free. We had no issue with that. Hotel I believe is in the best location of Patong area, not in crowded area is very close to all the shops and Bangla road and opposite of the beach. Nice swimming pool, Breakfast was good. nothing to complain

Nothing !!! The location was Great - Service was good -I have read many comments and mostly the newest ones. All the people who complain of anything I think they have some kind of issue that nothing will satisfy them.

I was expecting a room at second floor but in the end I realized that my assigned room at the first floor was perfect! It was easy to acces the pool from my balcony and a walking distance to the exit going to the beach.I really like the big pools at this place and their spacious rooms though it's a bit outdated facilities still it was perfect for solo and family travelers. The wifi connection was also good and breakfast has variety of options. The staff was also very nice and i am thankful that they allowed me to do a late checkout since my flight is still in the evening. I'm satisfied of my stay and definitely will do my booking here in the future visits.

Nothing so far. Would be great if they will have a modern touch and improved the entertainment of their bar to become competitive from the other side.
