Good location, no free parking and paid for a little walk, would be easier if food and drink can be charged to the room

would be nice to have an option on eggs at breakfast

I enjoyed the continental breakfast but most of all I like the staff. One staff member in particular called Azz was so helpful. I was on a break with my daughter who is non verbal and autistic. She was being quite challenging at breakfast and Azz recognised and he brought over some crayons an stuff for my daughter to distract with. It felt so nice to be offered help instead of being judged. From that moment Azz always asked how my stay was, if I needed anything and that he was here to help. Azz made my 2 nights stay a pleasure and because of the this alone I would definitely recommend. Thanks Azz!

I thought it was a bit pricey at £220 for 2 nights stay just me and my 3year old daughter.

How easy it was to check in. How friendly and welcoming the staff were. The room itself was great the bed felt amazing for us both slept great

The breakfast was a little under the weather bacon was overcooked and sausages sometimes were rubbery. Also the toast machine burnt the bottom but made the top perfect. Would be better for larger cup options for cold juice on a morning. We couldn't alter the temp in our room even with the window open it was quite hot. The shower seemed to fill but it eventually emptied this is more of a personal thing especially with it just being a shower cubicle

Location near to town center and train station Staff were great! Night shift workers were cool Breakfast was nice! Family didn't wake up in time for breakfast so was nice to take them bacon sarnies and rolls and extra bits. Lovely dove products in the bathroom. And soft towels. Set up the sofa bed for the children for us as I don't have a clue to do that haha! Thanks!

there's not a separate lock when you lock the door only a chain which our boy figured out quite easy to open.it was a nightmare trying to keep him in the room!

When we checked in, we were met with a very friendly and helpful staff member. The process was effortless and relaxed and we were made to feel at ease. Our room was clean and big enough for the two of us. We liked to toilet door idea, very efficient use of space. The bed was large, fresh and comfortable to sleep in. The black-out curtains were great for a good nights sleep. Couldn't hear anything from outside the room the entire time. Breakfast was great, real ketchup bottles!! The staff in the morning were also very friendly, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. And when we checked out, we were thanked again, so all-in-all it was a seemless and enjoyable experience.

Perhaps the walk to and from the ASDA carpark to the hotel, but that can't be helped.

Arrived late after a last minute booking, hotel was clean and comfortable. Reception and Bar staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable and at a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was included with the stay and was quite acceptable. A nice touch, especially for business travellers was the option to take a free bag and assemble a breakfast to eat on the go later.

No parking onsite. Although there are a few disabled bays next to the hotel. Parking is available on the nearby supermarket carpark which is a short walk away through an underpass at a rate of £5 a night, which can be paid at the hotel recpetion.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting family, this is the second time we have stayed. The room was plenty big enough, clean and airy. There were drink making facilities, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, aswell as shower gel and soap in the ensuite. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice, hot food, cereals, porridge, fruit etc. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us visiting family, although we didn't leave Stevenage, its a good base for the local area outside of the town.

The hotel was good value for money, especially with breakfast included in the price. We loved the bathroom in our family room, the layout was interesting with the door serving 2 purposes. The shelving in the room was well designed too, we used it for organising things. It felt very clean, we liked the odd message here and there informing how we could be eco friendly eg towels and not using the lift

The room was a little small, we had a family room, double bed and converted sofa. It felt very cramped. We didn't particularly like the area, parking at asda and walking to the hotel late at night with 2 youngsters was less than ideal.

The staff went above and beyond what they should have for me and my wife. My wife was going into St Bart’s for a major operation , my wife had to go into ICU for 3 more days, so i had to extend my stay at the hotel. The lady’s on reception did everything to help me sort out the extra dates, and managed to keep me in the same room the whole of my stay! if you had a 10 star rating i would have given this hotel and staff that! The property was close to the train station and shops which I liked. The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating.

My carpet was not vacuumed properly but overall the room was clean. The juice for breakfast wasn’t sweet I don’t know if that’s how it’s supposed to be.
