Hotel Forster

the rooms where neat and tidy. the beds divine so nice to have a soft comfy bed. the pool was great especially after the long drive.

First time visiting and it won’t be the last. Perfect location, pool was huge and accommodating to all ages and heights. The staff are awesome, from my 1st interactions via email, to arrival; we were treated with compassion and care as we were in town for a funeral. We were allowed to get changed and freshen up way before check in time and that just showed the respect to us as clients. Forster is a beautiful town for all ages, (it helps that I love the ocean). One mile beach is the place to swim.

We celebrated my husbands birthday this weekend and they went above and beyond to make it special. I asked for some beer, champagne and cheese plate on arrival for a little surprise and they did the room up so beautifully with happy birthday signs and towel art as well. Definitely wasn’t expecting that. Have easy access to food, when you’re feeling peckish and perfect range for room service breakfast. We had a room with a spa and it was so relaxing. It’s the little things that make this place great, it was Easter long weekend and when we came back to our room for Easter Day we found a little gift of Easter eggs hanging in the door as well. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone heading to Forster and wanting a perfect getaway away. Thankyou for such a great weekend!

The motel was very clean and the staff were all very nice. I loved the fact you could get service daily fresh clean towels. The pool was exceptional and only a short drive into forster center. Everyone we met at motel was do nice amd friendly. Would stay here again.

My family was upset about not having WiFi. There was no phone reception at all and our mobile data's Vodaphona optus and kogan did not work at all. The fridge didn't work when on low and our things melted when we changed it on high everything froze so we had to throw away all the food we bought as it froze and our drinks froze and blew up.

Super clean room, everything looked brand new (seems rooms were recently renovated) and smelled very nice. The beds were cosy. The shower was an oversized spray head with great pressure, it was a delight to use.

The main door to the room could be better secured with another locking mechanism as my toddler kept opening the door and it was very easy for him to do so. The room could do with some more lighting in ceiling, although plenty of lamps available for additional light if needed.

We enjoyed a lovely two-day stay at the Forster Hotel. The place has obviously undergone a big renovation at some point. It is nice and fresh and modern, with very good facilities, including a large screen TV, a modern bathroom and a very functional kitchenette. The pool looks fantastic, but we didn't get the opportunity to try it out.

One very small niggle and that's the lack of a bench unit in the main room, to put luggage on (or other items). Otherwise, it was perfect.

Great communication prior to arrival, warm welcome (with a smile!) and was offered an upgrade. Good range of breakfast options (offering great value for money), inviting pool and excellent customer service! Easy acces to the town center and spacious (off street) parking available. Recommended!

It's always hard to get used to town water when having access to tankwater at home. Maybe a bottle of water in the room would be good. A very small suggestion, as it did not impact my excellent stay at all.

Amazing and genuine customer service from all staff. Prior to arrival there was clear communication about check in time and text messages to let us know our room was ready for check in, well before the original stated time. Adam and Hayden provided a warm and informative welcome with fantastic knowledge of the surrounding areas and great recommendations for places to eat based on our preferences. The room was exceptionally clean with all needs met (storage for clothes and luggage/ spacious room with seating/kitchenette) with the additional option for breakfast. We had a very comfortable stay and will definitely be back.

We highly recommend this lovely accomodation. It was clean, fresh and well set out . The shower was AMAZING! The bed was very comfortable. We love the little touches like hot chocolate, and the nice toiletries. Having a drink at the front on the wine barrels in the sun watching the baby ducklings , was a nice way to begin our stay . The pool area was stunning I wished it was hot enough to swim . Thank you to our wonderful friendly hosts .

The rooms where lovely and pool was great.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in my room. I was moved to one that had working air con but I lost the location of my original room. I was moved to a room in a corner with no natural light in which I had asked for and an extra bed that I did not need and impeded a showing (for work) that I was undertaking. I understand that it was out of the staff's control, but there were plenty of other rooms available that would have been better.
