Sevan Apartments Forster

Location was excellent we had a fantastic view out to the ocean, we were also up quite high which made the view even better, bed was very comfortable. the unit was huge and had everything we needed to prepare food for ourselves if needed but a good choice of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The blind in the bedroom did not block out the sun and our car didn't fit in the undercover carpark.

We had an enjoyable family stay in the Penthouse Apartment. So spacious and clean with a beautiful view overlooking Forster beach. Loved the balconies around the whole apartment with the views. Great nights winding down up on the rooftop jacuzzi ended each day perfectly.

The only thing that was disappointing was when we used the jacuzzi our swimwear got damaged and faded. I'm thinking it was the strong chlorine they put in the jacuzzi.

Great location close to the centre of town, within walking distance of restaurants, beach and lake. Waterview apartment was lovely and spacious. Facilities were well maintained. BBQ area was fantastic, we used it several times on our visit. Loved the small touch of being able to get kids an icecream from the foyer.

Great spot and lively clean ammenities

The garage only caters for 1.95 metres height. Not much they can do but maybe needs to be mentioned in the website with alternate parking areas mentioned.

Loved the pillows they were so comfortable and the accommodation was nice and clean. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to local shops and good coffee - could walk almost everywhere which was handy.

The water view unfortunately was only viewable from the balcony (3 bedroom apartment). It was still nice but we were hoping we could see the views from the living/dining area. Very minor issue compared to the rest of the stay which was wonderful.

We choose 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom is a way big with a walk-in wardrobe and attached bathroom. Nice balcony with sea view. Every room has access to the balcony. I am happy to stay again in this apartment.

TV facility is not enough. No YouTube, and could not mirror the phone to watch.

I really liked that our apartment had everything in it, the cooking utensils, to the washing machine and dryer. The location was excellent only a 4 minute walk to the beach. I loved the car park even as our vehicles we safe and locked away.

That my stay wasn’t longer. The continuous down pours of rain thanks to Mother Nature. There isn’t much else that I didn’t like to be honest

The apartment was spacious, modern and light, the views from every room were amazing and we loved the access to the outside on the large balconies. The family loved watching the stars from the jacuzzi. We were entertaining family from the UK and had everything we needed for a comfortable, luxury stay.

The location was perfect , close to the beach and the town centre. We were on the 7th floor so had spectacular ocean views as requested . Comfortable bed , loved having a walk in wardrobe AND a space for 2 bags !

The view was terrific and the apartment very well appointed with everything that was needed for our stay. Close to restaurants and shops.

Nothing really. The road noise on the balcony during the day was high but expected once we saw the location.
