Rosebourne Gardens Motel

Facilities were good. Request a room near the back (we were in room 19) to isolate the road noise somewhat. Room was big by motel standards with couch and dining table.

Wi-fi was virtually non-existent. I mentioned it to desk and he sounded surprised and said he will re-boot it. I had already read that the wi-fi was not good there but everything else was fine. Had trouble getting the pay TV stations.

A very pet friendly motel. Even a welcome pack for the dog. This is the most pet friendly accommodation I have come across after several years of travelling between QLD and Melbourne with my dog. Other places even caravan park cabins, “put up” with pets under sufferance, not Rosebourne Gardens Motel though. We were treated very well.

Very clean, great location. We loved the bathroom. Owner was easy to deal with. We arrived late from a road trip and the room was ready for us. Be aware this is a pet friendly place - as we arrived later in the night there was a dog next door that started yapping. It didn’t continue into the night which was great.

We stayed one night as a stop over on our road trip. It was the most reasonably priced room we could find and when we got there the room exceeded our expectations particularly the bed and shower facilities. The staff were very courteous and accommodating.

The only disappointment was the breakfast - we paid $30 for the brekky ($15 each) on booking.com and I only chose the continental ($7) as the cooked breakfast ($15) was very limited. Both meals were small and we needed to grab more food before leaving town.

The room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was newly renovated. Bed comfy. It was close to a lovely beach and had easy access to other branches by the motorway. At night it was very quiet. Opposite the motel entrance was Woolies.

Our room no 3 had a view out the window of a petrol station. No much greenery.

The most fantastic manager in the whole of Australia. When we arrived, the manager was super helpful with places to eat, to do, and to go. The rooms are comfy and super clean!

The location was not the best for us if you want to visit the city. We had a car, so all went well, but we would prefer to stay closer to the city for the price.

We have used the accommodation for a stopover to Sydney and needed a dog friendly place. We were pleasantly surprised how clean the room was and how beautiful and modern the bathroom was. The biggest lifesaver was the dog food surprise as we arrived very late and shops were closed. We will definitely use it again. Thank you.

This property exceeded my expectations. We had a stopover here as we travelled down the coast. Pet-friendly and super-clean. It's a very comfortable stopover. It's close to the Woolies (which is handy because we had issues with restaurants in Woolgoolga), but you do need to drive into the central part of town and to the beaches.

Room had microwave, and everywhere we needed to dine in. Supermarket across the road. It was a spacious room with great shower.

This motel is obviously housing, local homeless people. Not a great look, though they were relatively quiet.

First of all, I didn’t expected this on the day of my arrival at Rosebourne gardens motel, it’s just perfect with everything, I would highly highly recommend this beautiful motel to families & friends. Cleanliness, convenient, super comfortable beds, huge class shower, everything that you need for your family during your stay you will find here at this place. John and his beautiful wife owner of the Gardens motel are very friendly. You just feel like you’re in a five stars.
