Hôtel Bourgogne & Montana

The staff were lovely, especially Sylvie, who helped us enormously. The location was perfect, quiet but just across the river from Jardin de Tuilleries and the Louvre. Our room was 21. It was a good size for a four day break, with high ceilings and great full height windows. It was beautifully decorated and furnished, as was the rest of the hotel. There was even a Dyson hairdryer in the room.

The only criticism with the hotel was that our walk-in shower wasn't working, but there was a shower in the bath so it didn't really matter. It was fixed the same day we notified the staff of the issue. There weren't many eateries close by but if you were prepared to walk 15 mins across the river or down Boulevard St. Germain there were plenty.

Great, efficient, polite staff, their main priority was guests comfort, and what amazed me -timing, my requests were done within few minutes. Great location, room was cute and clean.

We lived on 6th floor and to be honest room was small, low ceiling, entrance door as well as shower heads, me and my husband are tall over 6 feet we had to bend.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for over 20 years before renovation when there was still the cute and corky elevator but There’s been change in management since our last visits and the new employees seemed lost, not very helpful or knowledgeable. Breakfast also was a disappointment, not well supervised. I do hope these mishaps change soon, I would be sad to skip this hotel on our future stays in Paris.

Beautiful hotel, stunning room, spacious and unique, spiral staircase and convenient elevator. Chocolates on the pillows every night and fresh macrons the day we arrived. Excellent tea and coffee in the room. Perfect white cotton sheets, spacious bathroom with large fluffy bathrobes and slippers. There were some technical/mechanical issues with the heat in the room—but the night manager stayed up all night to keep manually adjusting the temperature every 20 minutes from the front desk. That sort of courtesy and commitment is rare. The hotel also gifted us with a bottle of wine. The hotel is exceptionally well-managed with a kind and helpful staff. There is a super brasserie very close by (open on Sunday) and a great patisserie right across the street.

Nothing to complain about at all. Friendly, well kept and helpful. In particular, Svetlana was an absolute gem - management, she's worth a million! Reception staff very helpful too.

Nothing. Except a taxi driver was ordered for us (our request) for our departure as we had been ripped off previously - was informed it was a private operation and trustworthy. Just letting you know that he charged a very high fee for taking us to the station, didn't use his meter and wanted cash. You might give this feedback to the operator. Not the hotel's fault at all, but good to get feedback about these things.

Location was good, in a quiet area but walking distance to all main attractions (if you like walking) Room was a great size for a Paris hotel, toilet separate to bathroom and well laid out for a couple Very quiet area, we slept with a window open and barely heard any noise

Shower was very low for my 6 foot partner however we know Paris hotel rooms tend to be small, so considering the space in the rest of the room we didnt mind too much

very good location in the banks of the left bank, near the Sien and Pont de La Concord. luxury rooms are good. cleaning is very good. Friendly and service oriented staff. fresh small food items for breakfast.

thought we reserved a luxury, large room, we were assigned a room with such tiny toilets that we couldn’t use unfortunately. only upon complaining and a day after they moved us to a better room.

The location was fantastic. The decor of both the room and hotel were beautiful! Exactly the sort of hotel I was looking for in Paris! Staff were very helpful and friendly when asking where things were, how to get there and looking after our bags. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere inc the Eiffel Tower, louvre, saint chapelle, notredame etc. there is also a fantastic bakery directly opposite!

One of my best stay in Paris. Perfect location - very quite and safe and you can walk to the most of the sights, spacious beautifully decorated room (I had La Ravissante room, 2nd floor), delicious breakfast (great variety), very helpful and friendly staff, room service is very useful especially if you want to stay in a room after long day. Definitely recommend!

Need better pillows on the beds. At breakfast, the eggs and bacon were often cold, they need to be kept in a heated dish.

Beds are not the most comfortable, also small. You'll probably want to buy your own bath soap or shower gel since the hotel doesn't provide much beyond small samples.
