Hôtel de Lille

It’s centrally located to „everything“ - food, culture, sights, shopping :) The rooms are small but cozy and comfortable. The beds are incredible. It is very quiet at night. Breakfast is a 10/10 - excellent value for money. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose this property again.

Cannot find a single thing to dislike

I loved the place! I have been struggling to find good accommodation in Paris (as I often travel there) and I'm so happy that I finally found it! The hotel is clean, has a good location, and the staff is very kind. I will come back!

I would welcome more gluten-free options (they provided GF bread and cereal), but eggs and GF meat would be wonderful! I would recommend not asking to leave the room key when you leave the hotel. It's odd, and although they kindly explained it was customary and didn't request the key anymore, the first request was very strange and felt like you are staying at a hostel.

The Hotel is a haven in a very busy city. So close to the major attractions but in a quiet street. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The shower, whilst small, was great after a long day walking in the Paris heat at the moment. The bed was super comfy and the air-conditioning worked well inthe heatwave.

The room was lovely but a little on the small side, however, this is Paris so once we organised ourselves it was very comfortable. Only having a duvet meant we were too hot so we had to take the sheet off the bed and sleep on top of the duvet under the sheet the last two nights during the heatwave.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was just like in the pictures and the location is perfect if you want an easy access to the Louvre, Musée d'Orsay and so on. I didn't use public transport because you can even walk to Sacre Coeur or Panthéon just fine -- and enjoy strolling around the town while you're (slowly) getting there. The airconditioner is so quiet that I didn't even realize it was on at first. The architecture of the building is interesting too, a nice mix between more modern elements and the original structures of the building.

I was here in summer time so for me it was just fine but I imagine it might be a bit chilly in the room when there are cooler temperatures outside because the window is right above the bed and it only has one single layer (but I guess they aren't allowed to change that either).

The location was next to nothing but close to everything. The Louvre was a 5 minute walk, the Musee D'Orsay was 5 minutes in the other direction and the bus stops were all close by. Since the hotel appeared to be in more of a residential district, cafes/restaurants all required a bit of a walk. The rooms were extremely clean and housekeeping visited each day. Because it was on a quiet street, you could keep the windows open for fresh air. The beds were also extremely comfortable and had two different pillow types for personal selection.

As this was Paris, the rooms/bathrooms were extremely small with minimal storage for personal items. Because we were a family of four, we needed two rooms which became expensive. For anyone with mobility issues, the elevator was also extremely small (again...Paris...) and could only fit one adult with a suitcase at a time. Neither of these were deterrents to the overall experience but are offered for awareness only.

I loved the place! The location, the fact that the rooms are customized (we stayed at the one dedicated to Myles Davis - I love jazz, so I was thrilled), the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room! We travelled by flight, we arrived very late, and one of our luggage was missed. That horrible situation could really ruin our trip; however, when we arrived at the hotel (past midnight), it was wonderful to see the Myles Davis room, sleep in a very comfy bed and have a shower. They were also very kind to help us receive our Uber Eats order (as everything was already closed at that time, and we were hungry). We will come back!

Everything was okay; the only suggestions are having more gluten-free options (perhaps scrambled eggs and sausages or other meat) and not asking to leave the key room every time you go out.

Great location, away from the crowds of tourists, yet right next to museums. Room was very quiet. Very cosy and delicious breakfast, welcoming and helpful staff. have to mention the amazing freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Very relaxing and cosy overall.

we had a junior suite and it was tiny to be honest, the pull out sofa took us ages to work out and we couldn’t leave it out as it was blocking the entrance. we had 2 sets of towels for the 3 of us and no dressing gowns. no kid friendly drinks like hot chocolate, just coffee that I also never worked out how to make.

The staff were outstanding. Especially the concierge Edouard. He helped us many occasions from last minute restaurant bookings to dealing with an unusual booking problem. He, and all the staff, were friendly and kind. The hotel is beautiful with lovely finishes in the rooms. It has a very cool, modern vibe that honors the historic past of the location and in particular the literary connections. Thanks to Edouard and the staff for making this a remarkable stay.

The wifi was a bit wonky at times. But it was easy to overlook that because of the customer service of the staff.

The hotel is in a tremendous position to see and sense Paris. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome....thank you! The room was quite small, but well planned and fine for a couple for a few days. It was a special trip and the advice with restaurants, the chats at reception, the service in the hotel made the whole experience perfect. We hope we can return as soon as possible. very nice neighborhood, within 5-10 minutes walking distance from Louvre and Saint Germain. the hotel is in a very quiet street, sorrounded by nice design stores and restaurants. beds were very comfy and the sheets were clean. the front desk were more than helpfull, they even helped me buy by disneyland tickets, much appreciated 🙏🏻

the room was pretty small, even though it was a suit. hotel’s lobby is way to small so there is no hotel bar or anything like that. we had to ask for slippers and tooth paste, which was odd considering it is a 4 star hotel.
