Bellechasse Saint-Germain

Staff especially Stefania were very helpful, friendly and polite. Rooms are beautiful and unique, which is why we booked and didn't disappoint. Parisian breakfast in the lobby was great value. Buffet breakfast was also offered in the dining room but we didn't try this. Location is fantastic! Good restaurants close by, train station, Museums and the Seine. Would look to stay again next time we are in Paris.

Our room was located off the courtyard which in summer may have been lovely but in winter rain and snow going outside to get to the lobby was not ideal. Felt like an odd choice of room given the hotel was quiet from staff feedback. Also the window faces the courtyard and lobby so no chance to open the blinds due to privacy. Minor issues with the room but these were swiftly addressed by the staff.

This boutique hotel was well appointed to all of the main attractions. The hotel had a full wonderful breakfast. The staff was very helpful and professional and being available 24 hours was a bonus. If you want a specific style of room ensure you contact the hotel with enough time to reserve the room you would like your stay in. Landmarks were all within walking distance; Louvre, Jardin de Tuileries, Musee d'Orsay. The Metro stations were easy to access and were within walking distance as well; the train map was easy to understand to get around the city centre. Uber worked very well as an alternative to getting around as well. Great restaurants in the area - Costa d'Almafi, Le Vin de Bellechasse, Costes @ Hotel Costes - lunch and dinners were delicious; do not let the Google reviews sway you. I definitely recommend this hotel!! My travel in Paris just took place August 2023

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The accommodations were exactly what was expected.

We loved the design of the rooms and the staff were incredible. They were very friendly and welcoming. The location was superb, just minutes away from the Louvre.

The bath was excellent and big, however on Saturday evening it took us a while to get hot water running.

The rooms were beautifully decorated in individual styles. I had the butterfly room. A lovely bath with shower and a view over the small courtyard at the back. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially Stephanie and Michael, booking taxis and restaurant reservations and serving coffees. They were all generally very friendly. They spoke English, which is an advantage as my French is not very good. It is a very romantic and individual hotel. The location is excellent in the lovely 9th Arr right near the d'Orsey museum opposite the Louvre, which is within walking distance.

Some small bits of the decor, like the bed base covering and the desk edge, were a little tired and could do with a bit of repair to spruce it up a bit but overall the decor was quirky and interesting. The lighting was quite dim which could be either an advantage or disadvantage, depending on your point of view.

The staff were very kind and the lady who attended at the beginning was giving us very warm welcome greeting. She showed us first on the photo of the room that we were going to stay and asked us if we liked it or not but the room had lower roof in the bedroom so I said I don’t like it then she rearranged another room for us. It was very sweet and kind. The facilities were also very good especially the water facilities, the shower water was very powerful and I enjoyed the bath time too. The noise proof was also adequate.

The room was tiny but I must compromise it!

The ambiance created by the frescos everywhere made me feel like I was part of the artistic community. The lobby was very stylish with constantly fresh floral arrangements and beautiful receptionists. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful, always smiling. Our room was very tiny but beautifully decorated and the king size bed was gloriously comfortable.

Nothing except for a. Minor Canadian custom of using washcloths when we shower or bathe. There were none.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We had several people traveling with us and asked to be near one another. They put us on the first floor in three rooms together with its' own personal courtyard. It was fantastic. The room was good size and bathroom was a very nice size. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Minutes to the D'Orsay Museum and Seine; 10 min to Louvre. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. It is close to D'Orsay Metro Station. Very convenient to get around the city. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. I had trouble getting through to Croatia airlines and a staff member saw me struggling and called them for me on their phone. They also helped with taxi reservations. I'd definitely stay there again.

The hotel had a continental breakfast each morning from 7-11. I would not recommend getting breakfast there. it was understaffed. They ran out of food and glasses. It took them a while to replenish because only one person was trying to do everything. Eggs, sausage and bacon were cold. We ordered a soda and never did get one. But I think the staff person was new and having a bad day.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Prime location with easy access to many sites, restaurants, museums, river, etc. Comfortable bed. Nicely decorated. Good sound proofing and quiet. Separate en suite toilet.

Wide open bathroom with no door (seems like all hotels going this way lately), room showing lots of wear. Shower was not really meant for standing. Seems like a lack of investment in maintenance. But I appreciate cleaning staff doing best with what they have. Breakfast was really rather disappointing compared to similar French hotels. Room service was friendly, but desert was uninspiring.

We just returned from our trip there. I was almost 8 months pregnant so we appreciated the location. It was central to most everything and right next to a metro stop so it was very easy to get around. Had several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, convenience stores all within walking distance.

My husband didn't like that there was no sheet on our bed. It also didn't seem like we had much control over the thermostat, as much as we tried changing it. We did open the windows at night to let in some colder, fresh air, which seemed to help. The streets are pretty quiet at night. The bathing situation was a little unique for us. We appreciated having a tub but ours wouldn't hold water. To "shower" and wash our hair we had to sort of sit in the tub since there wasn't a shower.

The strong points of this structure are: its super central location (a stone's throw from the Louvre and the other major attractions of the city), very friendly staff, rooms cleanliness of the rooms, and the breakfast. The hotel is located near the Solferino metro, in the city center. on and the rest of the staff have always been kind, thoughtful and welcoming towards us. The rooms are a little small but well-equipped and comfortable. We slept 3 nights without any noise. For breakfast lovers, here you can find from sweet to savory. All very fresh and tasty. Absolutely recommended!
