Hotel D’Orsay was exceptional. Perfect location, very clean and the decor is exceptional. We would most definitely stay here again. Special mention to Roxanne and Vajira that always greeted our family with a smile and quick to be of service to make our stay in Paris and their hotel unforgettable. We had 2 rooms and they also made every effort to have us close together and this was much appreciated. This hotel is also a part of a group of hotels in Paris that allows you you stop in, rest and even enjoy a coffee. The metro with main line to direct access to MontMartre or Galleries LaFayette is also just outside the hotel.

We recently stayed at the Hotel d'Orsay with my husband for our wedding anniversary, and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had an incredible view of Paris from a high floor, just as we had requested. We loved waking up to the stunning views of the city every morning and enjoyed watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night from the comfort of our room. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to Paris' major attractions, museums, and restaurants. What impressed us most was the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with any request or inquiry we had. In summary, we had a wonderful stay at the Hotel d'Orsay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay in Paris. We look forward to returning soon!

The staff was wonderful. They booked a very nice local restaurant for us. One traveler is vegan and they prepared with oat milk and coconut yogurt. The breakfast was very good and the staff at breakfast excellent. Our bedroom was very quiet and the curtains blocked out the early sun. The decor was lovely. The closet space great. The AC was super too. The lobby has coffee and an honor bar.

Depending on which side of the building you are staying in might be steps or a very small lift. We did not have this issue. If I were to stay again with my husband, I would book a larger room. This room was, even by Paris standards, very cramped. We had to empty our suitcases into the ample closet because there was nowhere to leave them out. There was a suitcase deep place on one side of the bed.

The hotel staff were very kind and friendly making our welcome to Paris feel special. We were able to buy tickets to museums at the front desk, get personal instructions to Cafes and they would call a taxi when we needed it. Check in and out was flawless. We visited over the holiday so it was a nice surprise to get a delicious box of French chocolates for our stay. They made accommodations to have Laduree Maccarons and balloons in our room for my daughters birthday too. We greatly appreciated the effort. This hotel was so close to all the major attractions. Since it was our first time in Paris we were able to walk to just about everywhere and daily walks along the Seine were amazing. I highly recommend this little boutique hotel for its central location and would gladly return.

We were very pleased with our choice to stay at this hotel. The location, size of the room, the quality of the breakfast, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were all excellent. We felt the cost of the hotel room was a bit high, but it’s obviously the rates are going to be higher comparatively speaking when visiting an appealing city such as Paris.

Our only complaint is the air conditioner for the room did not work for the entirety of our three night stay. The hotel offered to discount the room but were restricted by the payment arrangements we made to secure the room.

The location of the hotel is convenient to commute to other attractions. Metro station is in 5 minutes walk. Our room was cleaned nicely everyday. View was also great from our room.Breakfast is same everyday but good enough to keep you full for a long time :) Marie, at the front desk will make you feel welcomed and comfortable within minutes you arrive. It was my birthday when we arrived in Paris. Marie immediately noticed and wished me. Me and my daughter checked in and after some time went out to see Eiffel Tower. When we came back to the room , there was a champagne bottle and chocolates waiting for me . Such a sweet gesture by Malyne, Florence and Marie. It put a smile on my face. Thank you ladies! This was an upgrade for us in Paris. Historically, we've had rooms that were "cozy", that is to say quite small. We decided to splurge a little at Hotel D'Orsay and it was worth every Euro. The room was spacious, clean, and very well-appointed. We had a courtyard view w/2 windows that made the room bright and airy. We learned that our room, #11 was the favorite of Vajira, who works afternoons at the front desk. Chatting with Vajira also sums up the D'Orsay...awesome! The rest of the staff were also delightful & helpful. The hotel is also close to Metro stations and a few restaurants, and is on a quiet street. The honor bar in the lobby is also a nice touch. Pre-arrival communication from the hotel was also appreciated. This will be our first choice for future visits to Paris.

If I'm being picky, the robes could be a bit bigger, (I'm 6'3"/210 & it didn't quite fit).

You can really embrace the spirit of enchanting Paris in this wonderful boutique hotel! The hotel has a style. The staff is very professional, friendly, nice and helpful. Everything in the hotel is very well-thought to ensure that the guests have a comfortable stay and a great experience. The emphasis is on the quality, not quantity. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The location is excellent - in the very heart of Paris. If and when I travel to Paris again I will definitely stay in this boutique hotel d’Orsay, and will recommend it to friends.

Location was very close to the Musee d’Orsay, the Seine, the Tuileries and the Musee de l’Orangarie. Away from the hussle and bustle but lots to do and very beautiful. Luxury hotel, small but perfect. Facilities were excellent with delicious breakfast, small lounge bar and tea and cake each afternoon. Room was, as expected for the centre of Paris, small but had plenty of storage, kettle and coffee machine, bathrobes and toiletries and comfortable double bed. Staff all spoke English and were very welcoming and helpful.

Everyone was extremely helpful at reception, during the stay and also upon checkout. The room size was also just as needed. Wifi did not glitch even once during the whole stay (three nights). Hotel is next to large number of sights and metro lines, so everything is very reachable by foot or public transport.

The only thing, a small thing really, is variety of breakfast options. There are not a lot of them. And it is just the variety, everything that was there was very delicious, but for longer stays at some point you will want to go elsewhere. At the same time service is exceptional as in all other cases.
