great location especially for shopping, room clean and cozy. staff exceptionally friendly from manager, receptionist, house keeping. special thanks to Abdelghani , Haeva at the reception for their kind help and support . not to forget Tatyana who provide nice breakfast.

Best hotel I've stayed in. The staff at the reception named Lyes is so niceee! We were in a hurry because our plane was canceled, but he was very patient in helping us, helped solve a lot of our difficulties, and gave us a lot of comforts. Also recommended restaurants for us the next day which was appreciated. Although neither of us spoke English as our mother language, we had a lot of great communication. Meeting him was the happiest memory of my trip to Paris! Lyes deserves. And also the bed is so comfortable. These two days I had the best sweet dream of my whole life. I like it.

Beds were a little on the firm side and too hard

The staff is just amazing and exceptionally friendly. Starting from the manager himself, the receptionists to the room keeping, they gave our stay a very comfortable and familiar vibe. The Hotel itself is very cozy and has an amazing „parisian“ style. The beds were new and clean and we received all the room service and stock-ups including refreshments daily on our personal schedule.

The breakfast was perfect ! Miss Tatiana at the breakfast she was great ! She was always with a smile and she did everything to make us feel good!

Small hotel in perfect location. Clean, quiet and quite comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful and nice. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine in the room was very nice addition.

Room was a little bit dark. Stains on the carpet and sofa. Very cold in shower room.

Impeccably furnished and designed hotel near 4 Metro lines. The room was well designed and included everything you would need. High quality furnishings.

Everything! Starting from a warm welcome, through location, amazing breakfast, hospitality, and personal that was always at the top of the task! The beds were very nice, the room was cleaned each day and supplied with new towels, water, coffee and tea. This was my 3rd visit to Paris and by far the best from the customer experience view. The hotel is situated 100m from Metro station and within walking distance to Opera, Louvre and the Concorde square. It is well connected with CDG airport with train RERB and only 2 metro stations when getting of the train from airport. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of fresh salads, avocados, fruit, cheese, eggs, ham, croissants, fresh orange/pomegranate juice, coffee, honey etc. Once I am back in Paris, I'm coming again to this hotel! Breakfast was excellent. We are from USA and stayed for 4 Days. The lady who works at breakfast absolutely loves her job, the entire staff was very nice. Only thing was if they could speak a little more English.
