Good sized clean and comfortable room. Large bathroom and good facilities in the small kitchen area. Supermarket and boulangerie close by. Two metro lines close by Line 1 12 minutes, Line 8 about 8 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The sound proofing is very good.

A very small thing but the curvey shape of the plates and bowls made it difficult to eat at the small table - cutlery kept falling on the floor. Apologies to the people in the room below!

Beautiful clean place with good amenities for a family of four. Very nice staff. Breakfasts, though crammed in relatively small space, were very good. Neighbourhood fine, with some excellent restaurants and live music from nearby conservatory. Little kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher were great.

Although reception area and breakfast dining hall are nicely air conditioned, the rooms are not. And they’re on a warm side. Ventilators are helpful but insufficient. Opening windows means mosquitoes (in June) and noise from Gare de Lyon. Cleaning is for extra fee.

Very large room way above the average in Paris. Comfortable bed, quiet room, and well equipped kitchen.

The shower water leaks under the door and wetted the whole bathroom and the entrance. By the marks on the floor and in the bathroom door, it seems to be an old issue.

The apartments are advertised as energy efficient and as such do not have air conditioning. We had a fifth floor apartment on a very hot day and it was extremely hot on entry. There were no external shutters, so no passive means of keeping the inside temperature down in hot weather. The internal curtains simply absorb the heat from the sun and radiate it into the room. The hotel realises there's a problem and has provided some electric fans but these only shift the air around and do not cool it. It seems the building has not been designed to take account of the increasingly common periods of high temperature that are a product of global warming.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a towel warmer and make-up mirror. The front desk employees were wonderful especially Armelle and Anis. The building had a 24 hr laundry. There was also a small fitness room. Metro was approximately 8 min walk. The small kitchen area was stocked with everything I needed for my 6 night stay. I would highly recommend this place.

It was a bit out of the way so needed metro everyday. Since it’s a residential area, there wasn’t much French restaurants but a lot of cafes, Chinese, pastry shops, pizza, etc. I would suggest they extend the shelve under the tv, since the room is small with no dresser so except for the end tables on each side of the bed, there is nowhere to put stuff.

The property was lovely and had all the essentials needed. It’s close to the Metro so you can get into the city centre easily and explore. The property had a gym, coffee machines, offered breakfast in the mornings if you wished to eat there. The staff were incredibly friendly and negated the language barrier we had (with us not knowing any French) with ease. The apartment itself was a good size, had multiple cooking facilities if you wanted to eat in and included all toiletries.

The only downside was that the property didn’t have air-con in the rooms (they did have a big fan in the room which we used). We were lucky to have a room with a balcony so kept the door to it open during the night to keep cool but then mosquitoes would get in. Not the biggest of issues we just bought mosquito spray and it worked.

It was great to have a hotel with 24-hour reception, easy to find, close to the Metro, in a regular Parisian neighborhood with restaurants/groceries/bakeries/etc. We appreciated having a kitchenette, especially the refrigerator and microwave. Heated towel racks in the bathroom. Excellent blackout curtains. Nice neighborhood for walking, especially the elevated trail!

The lobby/public areas are heavily perfumed. The room, and especially the kitchen part, is much smaller than it looks in the pictures, with just a tiny table, and even that takes up too much space (although we were glad to have a table!). No separate sitting area.

The hotel is very close to Gare de Lyon (within walking distance). A Lidl is just across the street. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and everybody spoke English :)

There was no mosquito net at the windows, so there were many mosquitos in the apartment (especially during the night).

We found our accommodation very clean and comfortable and it was well equipped for self-catering. Staff were helpful too. Good value for money and a short walk to Metro.

Apartment was really large for Paris standards. It was also very modern and clean with large bathroom. Bed that was big and comfortable. It was a really nice touch to provide cleaning things for kitchen so we did not have to buy it. Entire property gave vibe of really clean, cozy, private and quiet place. Reception desk was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English so communication was not problem. There is a coffee machine in the lobby with coffee capsules costing only 1.5 euro. Breakfast provides really big choice of different things. We loved ham and cheese, but there are a lot of options for vegans as well. There are a lot of good restaurants around.
