Everything. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Felt very welcome. Breakfast was good!

We had a room with a balcony. It would have been nice if the balcony was more useable and there were chairs and tables to use on it. Plus the balconies are not kept clean, bird poo everywhere which was a shame. Its nice to have outdoor space with a hotel room, unfortunately it wasn't useable and was rather uninviting. The only other improvement I would suggest is to offer English Breakfast tea bags in the rooms and at beakfast downstairs. The only tea that was provided was flavoured or Earl grey. I had to buy english breakfast tea bags from the super market up the street.

The hotel is located in a popular neighborhood with mini-markets, bakeries , restaurants (French and ethnic), very close to Max Dumoy (line 12) metro stop (no direct access to RER B for the airport, however). It is modern, comfortable, there is a computer for customer use in the entrance and there are 2 or 4 large elevators. The room size is regular for France, no fridge but a large TV! Not that you visit Paris to watch TV! The bed was very comfortable. The staff reserved a cab for me for the following morning. It was there on time. Actually, the hotel staff is to be commanded for its friendliness and willingness to help.

The bathroom floor had not been moped, neither was the bottom of the shower (some hairs). I assume it was an oversight as the rest of the room looked very clean. What I REALLY did not like is that you have to pay €10/hour to get your room before 3:00 PM even if it is ready! I arrived at 1:00 PM, not 10:00 AM! Of course, no money is refunded if you leave before check out ! I find this way of doing business a little tacky.

Nice room, the room was clean and as described online. The location allows you to access the metro, walking distance to Paris Gare du Nord (not with heavy suitcases). The area has a lot of shops, pharmacy, and cute restaurants all within walking distance.

We were only given one card/key for the room, if one person had to go out the other would have to go downstairs to get them. Without the card/key there is no electricity in the room. There is an hourly rate if you want to check in early, even if it's only one hour which I think is unusual in my experience. The street can be quite noisy at night and throughout the day.

The hotel was very cleanly presented, the staff were absolutely delightful and very helpful. We conversed with them primarily in French but noticed they were equally friendly to those where they conversed in English. Our room was on the 8th floor and had a balcony where you had a good view of the Eiffel Tower which was wonderful. The room was a good size and very comfortable thanks to the air conditioning. The value for money was very good. There are several tube stops within short walking distance from the hotel. You can walk to the hotel from the Gare du Nord (20 mins), so very useful if you use the Eurostar.

Like most of the reviews before us, the location of the hotel lets it down. It doesn't feel terribly safe, there are a fair few homeless around and it's quite a dirty area. To get to the most desirable locations in Paris, you're looking at a minimum of 30 minutes via the Metro. But that's fine because we knew we weren't staying right in the centre.

Value for money. Clean hotel, very friendly staff, very good breakfast and the metro is around the corner.

We paid a surcharge for the balcony / terrace, but it is not worth it. There are no chairs or a table. Why that is, soon became clear. It is a breeding nest for pigeons and they poop all over the terrace. So standing outside is not an option. The location is 200 meters from the metro Max Dormoy and in walking distance from the Sacre Coeur, but we do not recommend that. The neighborhood you pass through does not feel safe. Lots of screaming and spitting people.

The hotel was clean, the beds were SO comfy, the bathroom was brand new with a brilliant power shower, staff were so friendly, polite & helpful!! We ate breakfast elsewhere but there’s an option to have breakfast for a reasonable price. I’d definitely stay there again!

I misread about the terrace- I thought there was an outdoor area for guests to use but only certain rooms have their own terraces at an extra cost. The front courtyard was the only thing that could do with some improvement- it’s a bit shabby looking and could do with flowers/plants plus facilities for smokers(I don’t smoke but there isn’t anywhere to dispose of used cigarette butts).

Super clean and friendly. Very nice breakfast. Room is very small but really well designed and comfortable.

Not the safest area of Paris. It’s not the hotel’s fault at all, it is very convenient distance from Eurostar location, and the entire area around the station isn’t the prettiest area. The hotel itself is well safe-guarded, and as long as you use taxi/uber to get there at night, there’s no issue. It is easy to get hold of Uber from there.

A wonderful little hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Short walk from Gard du Nord and close to a lovely little french styled village showcasing an alternative side to Paris.

The pigeons are a problem and it made it impossible to use my balcony. Lots of bird droppings which made the price paid for a balcony room disappointing. The only other negative for me is that all floors and rooms were the same colour and it is easy to get lost or go to the wrong room. A pop of colour for each floor would help with navigation.

The room was quite big in Paris standards and very clean, modern and comfortable. As a smoker I loved having our own balcony. The bathroom was spacious and there was always hot water in the shower. The staff spoke good English and was very kind, attentive and helpful with everything. The metro station was very close to the hotel and it was easy to go to Montmartre, to the city and everywhere with it.

The location. You had to take the metro for at least couple of stops to find decent places to eat or shop. There weren’t any good restaurants or anything to do around the hotel. Just a few fast food places, a Carrefour shop and apartment buildings.

It is rated as a 3 stars hotels but actually, it could easily be considered a 4 stars hotel. The problem is the neighborhood of Paris in which it is. The positive point were the climatization in the room which works very well, and the modern design of the whole hotel. The staff was very responsive.

A small point, but there is no fridge in the room. But very minor.
