Novotel Paris Suresnes Longchamp

Hotel is very clean - spotless! Good location - regarding restaurants a lot top Michelin's one. Safe area of Paris - when you go around there is no problem even after late dinner with friends. Nice staff - very friendly, helpful and speaking english! We could leave our bags until our taxi came to pick us out in the storage area Very flexible and promise of quality was kept I reqested extra duve for my 9 year old, and no problem at all.

Food at the restaurant ala carte could be improved In my opinion, breakfast was too simple and after staying nearly a week I was bored. Duve was a bit to thick, and I was very hot all the time.

We checked in late at night, spent the night, had breakfast and left so it wasnt a long stay but after our previous horrible experience at another Novotel property in Paris, we were happy with the room, the checkin process, the parking facility and the breakfast. Room was clean and of decent size especially since we have 2 small children, bathroom was of good size and the tub drained well and breakfast was fairly decent too.

A hotel of the stature of Novotel must surely have room service which they did not have. If a hotel doesnt have room service you should not qualify for a 4 star hotel in my opinion. They said something like we do not have room service on weekends which doesnt really make any sense. I also do not understand the concept of having to boil your own eggs as by the time you put your eggs and go someone else picks them up and then you end up with semi boiled eggs which is frustrating. I dont understand why they cannot have boiled eggs in the beakfast from the beginning like other hotels do.

The hotel was amazing, the location is perfect. We were about to visit everywhere we wanted to from the Eiffel Tower, louvre museum and Disneyland, all within reach. Glad we got parking at the hotel, though you couldn’t reserve a spot due to limited space but there is always a space whenever we got back, didn’t have to struggle at all. The staffs were also very friendly.

Can’t fault the hotel at all, we’ve got an EV so maybe an EV charger at the car park and also the car park in my opinion should have been complimentary not 15Euros pay day but I wouldn’t count on that negatively.

Loved how comfy clean and well presented the room was Staff so friendly and helpful gave the girls a welcome pack they were made up and distracted for awhile Cold fresh water available

Nothing massive or to complain about but it would have been the finishing touches if we had an option of breakfast tea and more sugar etc for the stay as cups provided were tiny. Leaflets of transport options or little tips for tourists etc we really struggled when online it made out like we could easily get from the area to main sites (we walked to the hotel from transfer point on first night as wasn't simple with buses) Bit dark the room with lighting options

We have been very surprised by this hotel. Very well organised, welcoming staff. Breakfast is worth every Euro. On top of that, the waiter called Sherrif was so helpful, pleasant and supportive in any matter. Greetings to him and we thank him so much. Hope he is well recognised by the hotel management. He is making the hotel more than 4 stars. As we had family car (Van) we couldn't park in the hotel garage. Benefit is that during the weekend is quite easy to find parking place around the hotel (on the street).

Nothing particular. All was really good.

The room was very modern, clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping cleaned and made the beds daily. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The location is just outside of Paris, plenty of ways to get to the city center (aprox 40 mins) and also a train to Versailles from the Suresnes Mont Valerien train station (20 min). We felt very safe in the neighbourhood, not need to worry about that.

Property has recently been refurbished, was very clean and modern. Good facilities, comfortable beds, great as a base to explore Paris would definitely recommend and return. Should note that the hotel is not on a Metro line, but there are good train links to get into central Paris easily within a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

There wasn't any option on the restaurant menu to cater for children, no child friendly meals or smaller options, therefore if we stayed again we would eat off-site for this reason.

Our room was very clean and very comfortable. There was a filtered water stand on our floor with bottles, so that we had all the water we wanted. The bed was so comfortable you didn't want to leave. The hotel had a breakfast option. We did not try it although it looked great. There were two bakeries within a five minute walk. We tried these. Breakfast and pastries were superb. Public transportation nearby. Had on-site parking for 15 euros per day. Great stay.

It was comfortable, convenient and not overly expensive. Nice management in hotel and free fresh water on each floor.

I asked for a room with a view or high up and didn´t really get that. The wifi was average. It is time-consuming and not simple to get to downtown Paris, you need to study the bus routes. The room temperature was too hot at times.

Location is good. Plenty of artisan food places nearby. Train connections are great. The hotel is very clean, contemporary boutique style which we really liked. The deco was great. Breakfast menu and the quality of food was great.

Toilet is separate from the bathroom. The windows were small yet it fully opened without any safety measures - dangerous for young kids.
