Room is big. Bathroom is also big, and with good privacy. Check in before our time was very convenient. Room sound isolation is not perfect, but being in a quite neighborhood provided a good night of sleep. Breakfast was in the room.

Bed is of poor quality, making a lot of noise when one moves. AC is noisy (seemed not properly maintained/cleaned), and insufficient for the room. It only refreshed the room after a few hours, and sleeping mode was not enough to maintain a good temperature. Breakfast options were very limited (we chose bread, eggs and bacon, but this was not accompanied by butter for example).

Breakfast was very good. Continental with a lot of choice. Breakfast staff were fantastic Reception staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful.

The drains in the shower tray and sink, did not empty and the shower tray kept filling up with water, to the point you had to turn the shower off until it drained. Also Air/con unit dropped a lot of water into curtains and floor.

The property was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was included and they had a good assortment of things to eat. They will also make you cappuccino, espresso etc on order. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the centre which we didn’t mind - at least we got to walk off all the pasta we ate.

The bed was a little on harder side and the pillows weren’t very comfortable.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It was larger than most of the European hotels I’ve stayed at (even the bathroom was big). It was a 15min walk to the city center but there were stores and restaurants nearby as well. It was in a very quiet/safe-feeing party of the city. The lobby was very historic and Italian. The breakfast was a good selection, plenty of options for vegan/vegetarian and the staff served fresh espresso and americano. I would stay again

Excellent location, main reason for the selection of this hotel.

Access not so easy if one arrives with own car, no real parking space available even for luggage drop off. Staff was unsure about garage reservation and granting of permit to circulate with car in restricted area, but was kind and fairly efficient during check in/out

The hotel is very clean, bed linen and towels are excellent. The reception staff is very welcoming, helpful and speaks English. The breakfast is good and diverse. Umbrellas offered on a rainy day. Located in a very quiet area. There is a supermarket nearby. 15 min (walking) to the Due Torri.

Just a 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Very friendly staff. They resolved my issue with the room immediately. Very good location, there is a supermarket next to the hotel. On the way to Piazza Magore, don't miss the Palazzo Pepoli - Museo della Storia di Bologna museum.

Great staff that was very warm and welcoming. Location of this hotel is great if you like a bit more quiet and get out of the busier touristic centre. Rooms were clean, neighbourhood was quiet, breakfast was good

Initially a bit hard to find even for the local cab driver as the sign was too small

- breakfast was not very good: omelet with bacon served with a lot of fat. breakfast is served in the room and they don't even bring you salt. - lack of Bathrobe and slippers - the bathroom is very nice but the sliding door does not close perfectly
